Have used this company for years but something must have changed in the office. Dumpsters started getting later and later from expected delivery.
A guy that works with me ordered a dumpster to his personal house and clearly told the office that it was his personal dumpster, yet they still charged me for it.
We called and told them that we accidentally paid the invoice they sent us for his dumpster and they told us that is not their problem, and that they would not be refunding our money.
The customer service from Jennifer was horrible.

Proceed carefully when dealing with "HAUL IT OFF" they require full flat rate payment when dumpster is delivered but "HAUL IT OFF" will "RIP YOU OFF" they keep your credit card info if you
pay them over the phone with a credit card and after dumpster pickups they will make fraudulent/unauthorized charges to your credit card without approval.....

Have been on a job sight for 2 weeks toilet has been filed with maggots.

We used them after the hurricanes last year and to clean out the family house. They were very professional and timely. If you need any kind of removal done, they're your people!

I called to get a 30yd and was given a price and a time-frame of when they would arrive. Needless to say they never showed up. I called to see were they running late and was told by Jennifer that she "remember" talking to me, but don't know what happen. This is unprofessional. We had hire a crew to help us removed the items and now we have to pay them for just standing around.
