The commercial walk in refrigerator was not maintain a steady temperature. We struggled for almost a week working with a different vendor to isolate the issue for repair. Two days later, we were having the same problem and lost everything in the cooler for a second time. A rep recommend reaching out to RSI Mechanical. I can not begin to express my appreciation enough! Not only did they isolated the issue which was not diagnosed originally by the other company, but RSI (especially Eddie) went above and beyond to not only locate the needed part, but had us up and running less than 24 hour later. Can’t thank this company enough. Had an emergency with food thawing in a reach-in freezer and they showed up quickly after my call. They had it back up and running with a part they had in stock and gave me some tips on taking better care of my equipment with some preventative maintenance!

We needed the commercial ventilation hood serviced at our camp in the kitchen. I contacted RSI and they gave us a great price and had everything completed within a week. The techs were very nice and professional. We have decided to engage RSI for maintenance to avoid future problems and save cost. I would highly recommend them.

This company was sent out by American Home Shield to check my ac unit, the unit had water backing up, which I told them the line was clogged up and they told me it was from a leak on the roof. Well I had the roof checked and a inspection on my home from top to bottom and guess what there is NO leaks in the roof the attic and no were else beside the ac unit, BECAUSE THIS COMPANY FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB that leak has now cause damage under my floors and under the house under the ac unit, there was puddles of water under the house right under the ac unit. They didn't ever check the outside drainage pipe so see if the water was going out, they were to lazy and just said it was the roof...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEY DESERVE 0 STARS. I will consult an Attorney for damages cause by their negligence.

Just used my home warranty for my ac not working and they called right away and came out the next hour and had me up and going in no time. I definitely recommend them. Fast,friendly,and easy.

My home warranty company sent Wilshire to repair my AC unit twice and both times they were fantastic. They were scheduled very quickly, arrived on time, made the necessary repairs in less than 30 minutes and were extremely polite. I highly recommend them for any AC work.

We have used this company for A/C repaires a few times. We have always been impressed with their promptness and the quality of their work and their knowledge of their craft. They are quick, honest, respectful of our property, and very good at what they do. Add to that the fact that they are friendly and show up when promised... no wonder they have so many 5 star reviews. We were introduced to this company through our home warranty but will continent to use them for maintenance of our system.

Contacted my home warranty company and Willshire HVAC was called. I called the following day and was able to get someone to come out that same day. My heat is back up and running, thank you for the prompt service.

We used Wilshire Appliance & AC because they were contracted with our Home Warranty company. I had one AC company come out & botched the whole job & in less than a week I called our warranty company to send someone else & Wilshire came out. The service man was extremely professional & kind. He was honest , very attentive to my concerns regarding the previous service company . He was knowledgable & I immediately felt like I could trust him . I can sleep good tonight knowing my unit was well maintenanced today . Would only request them in the future !!
