We are at the very end of building a house, and as stressful as the process was, it was NEVER because of our plumbing contractor. Kris was incredible. He was on time, communication was on point. Any time a change had to be made, it was communicated and alternatives were discussed, along with rationales for the changes. I could bot have asked for a better experience. He was also the only sub contractor that passed inspection on the first try every single time. I can’t recommend him enough.

I was under contract on a house and needed someone to give a second opinion on the sewer lines. Through a mutual friend, I was able to link up with Kris. I called him on a Monday morning and explained the need to have him come out that day to check the lines. Not only was he willing to meet me that morning, but he also uncovered an issue that the previous company did not spot. Thanks to them, I was able to factor this into negotiations for closing. Both Kris and the guy who helped him with the sewer scope were super professional and nice. I will definitely reach out to them to fix the issues in the next few weeks. I highly recommend Kris n Co.

Poorly equipped for the job. Had to leave twice one day to get parts and still had to return the next day and leave again for parts. Each time we were charged for their travel. More than double the estimate. Also left our access open the first day and we had cats under our house as a result!

These guys have come out twice to our home and delivered excellent service and repairs for a great price. Jamie is a master plumber and really knows what he is talking about. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in Trussville and the surrounding areas!

The work itself went fine, but then he tried to charge me $375 for one hour of labor on top of the parts. For that reason I can’t recommend him. If you do hire him be sure ask about his labor cost up front, and make sure the parts and labor are listed separately, not like on my bill where he just wrote one (big) number. I did talk the price down but still feeling used.

We used them for a simple drain line clean out after failing to clear it ourselves using a drill operated auger. They were able to get here within an hour and clear the clog with a full sized machine in about 30 minutes. So all good until he tried to charge me $475 and we just said no way - ended up paying $300 which seemed high. No way they get that from the average homeowner here- they saw we were second home people with a newer truck and I felt we’re trying to gouge. Did not give any type of invoice or receipt. So excellent prompt service but unacceptable pricing

Unblocked sewer line. Marked location of sewer line and contacted ,after several calls that could not come, and found a company that was able to come So very pleased that they were able to come to my house this morning other company cleaned my septic tank and now this afternoon Problem is fixed!, so pleased

Was told calls were a week out and he would keep me posted. Never updated. Once I reached out again he said would be the end of the week and he would kept me posted. Again… No communication. After almost 3 weeks he asked for pictures then never responded. Very unprofessional

I can't say enough about these guys. I own a restaurant in Homewood but also live in Vestavia, I've used these guys commercially and for my home and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. They respond, are BEYOND courteous, professional and do GREAT work. I'd give 6STARS if I could.

I have a 90yr old house that came with a few plumbing issues. These guys have worked with me for a while now and I should be good for another 90yrs. Well, not me, the plumbing. I can, and do, highly recommend these guys.
