I scheduled for morning appointment. They did not call to tell me when they had someone before me. Been waiting 2.5 hours and not heard back even. Apparently they do not value their potential customers which tell you about quality of work they do. Waisted my morning waiting and they were not courteous enough to call.

Kenny is the guy to go to. He is very trustworthy. He inspected my unit and told me everything was fine. The reason I have so much dust is because I have old carpet. I will refer him to all of my friends and family. (Thanks Kenny).

The rating I want to give is a zero... I have have 5 canceled appointments by the company themselves the 1st appointment they were in an accident, the 2nd appointment the tech had covid, the 3rd appointment the machine was broke then after the next appointment was made they had me to stay home all day with turned out to be a no show. I called the company thru out the day to see what time the tech was to show up the response was I'll get him to call you they never did. The company will not give you a supervisor name or owners name to report them. This company is not a good place to even be in service and I really don't believe the good reviews I read are legit. I'm gonna report to the B.B.B. Please Don't Use. The city and state is Birmingham, Alabama

Here I am waiting for my 11am appointment. Made this appointment almost 2 weeks ago. No phone call, no text, and no email saying Sir, we are running behind or even on the way. I called the company at 11:30am and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Left a voicemail message just following up to see if they are still coming.🤔 I guess ACTION 🎬 speak LOUDER than words. Back to square one, needing Air Duct Cleaning ASAP. My time is valuable too.💯

Eli and Kenneth did a great job cleaning our air ducts. They explained everything and told me what to do to remedy our problems. Highly recommend this crew! I'd give them 10 stars if google had the option.

Sunny & Caine were very professional and courteous. Sunny explained everything and genuinely cared about my ventilation system concerns. I’m so thankful for their expertise. After the cleaning and installation, I could immediately tell a huge improvement in my homes air quality!

Sunny has been amazing! He's taken the time to sit down with me after inspecting my ducts and let me know what my needs were. He didn't try to sell me the top notch package as I didn't quite need it yet. No pressure, quick and efficient. I recommend AACS for anyone with allergies. Thank you Sunny!

I am so thankful for AACS. They are so professional and very thorough in their work. Extremely nice people who really care about your health. My son has bad asthma and we can already tell a difference in the air quality around the house. I highly recommend you use them. We had so many problems that we were not aware of and Sunny from AACS explained them to us so we could easily understand. 5 stars for sure! Wouldn’t use anyone else.

This review is is about two years late but the service they gave me still upsets me after all this time. I got AACS's information from one of those Valpak coupons sent through the mail.

I had scheduled for an air duct cleaning and for them to diagnose why the the AC was not blowing cold enough. They immediately went to the attic and determined it was my ducts. They didn't even look at the outside unit before Sunny started to tell me what they needed to do. They didn't even clean the ducts but Sunny did sit me down and did his best to sell me on replacing all the duct work and installing a pointless UV light filter. He spent more time talking about the UV light that the EPA has said has limited effectiveness then telling me why my AC wasn't working!

He somehow convinced me to put a $300 deposit on a quote of $2,500 for him to replace all my ducts. Thankfully I did some research and cancelled the appointment, he said he would not deposit the check I gave me. He lied and cashed it. I count that money lost as a learning experience. I ended up buying some R410A and recharging the unit myself. The AC system worked great after that.

AACS is a scummy operation to take advantage of me who had just bought my first house and trying to trick me and others into upselling this UV light that does not work.

Eli and Sam did a great job cleaning our ducts and Eli made a recommendation to add a second UV light to the existing UV transformer on the delivery side of the air handler. We will be doing this in the near future. He also recommended the Oxine sanitizer and did a great job explaining the benefits of using it. Sam was very knowledgeable about the vacuum equipment and was able to explain how he was able to manipulate the cleaning head to clean all the vents in our house. Let me stress that at no time did we feel pressured to buy anything. Their prices are very reasonable and much less than Hiller for the same service. Bottom line, we are impressed with the quality and price of the service and will be using their services again. Thanks guys.

The first thing I do when purchasing a new home: get the air ducts clean. I’m so glad my family and I hired Sunny and the AACS team. They did a wonderful job, they genuinely care about the air quality in our new home, and took the time yo thoroughly explain each step of the cleaning process. It’s so important to find good home care partners and I’m grateful we found them in AACS. Highly recommend!

AACS cleaned my system. They found a problem and repaired it. My power bills dropped significantly when the problem was fixed. I've saved far more money since then on my power bills than their service cost me.

They were professional in all ways. They were punctual, friendly, and very clean, and, most importantly, did what they had said that they would. I recommend their services.

Called and rec’d a very reasonable quote for duct cleaning. The gentlemen were here on time, they were polite, did an amazing job and showed me what they found and what needed to be done every step of the way. Noticed the difference in air pressure and the fresh clean smell immediately. Could not be happier with their service and will not use anyone but AACS for my AC needs.
