Nice guys when they did show up. But I had to call them back to repair the job 4 times! They never returned any of my calls, had to keep calling over and over. That's the Valley for you. Customer service is like this almost every where.

Nothing to do with their services but First impression counts. The driver was aggressive and unsafe. (the van plate # EYZ739). Driver was going 80s+ and cutting off people along the Sterling Hwy around the Kenai River bend. Pulling out in front of people at unsafe distance. Close enough for drivers behind you to see your dipnets in the back. Your representing your company when your driving your company van, regardless of whether your on or off duty. Your representing your company when you're behind the wheel with your company's vehicle!

My rental home was not heating. They came out the Sunday with no notice. Replaced 2 parts at a very reasonable rate and timeframe. They also had recommendations for improving the boiler system and reducing gas usage. Awesome company!!

DURING the recent power outage Hard Rok was able to repair our boiler and return heat to one of our rental homes very quickly and professionally. We have a condo that had a completely dilapidated boiler/heating/hot water system. Hard Rok replaced the entire system with a compact combo Rinnai boiler/tankless hot water system. Within 2 weeks of contacting Hard Rok, the entire system was installed and fully functional. It only took them 3 days to install from start to finish. The plumber, Jerry, was amazing and made everything better than expected. The owner, Bill, came out to do a final inspection the day after to ensure the system had no leaks and was functioning properly. These guys are true professionals, and I would use them again without hesitation. Thanks Hard Rok!
