These guys did a great job. Their crew was very professional and took extra care of the home working outside. Their office was also very helpful and communicated well before,during, and after the install. After getting multiple bids I found this company to be the most professional and has very competitive pricing. Kip and Bryan installed our lights yesterday and did an awesome job. They were very careful and took their time with the job. The lights look great and function just the same. We really appreciated their work and attention to detail when installing on our house. No issues with the roof tiles or anything. 5 stars all the way.
The only problem is the review QR code that was given to us to provide feedback wouldn’t let me select Kip/Bryan. So please make sure they get credit for their work!

Phenomenal experience with the entire crew at Level 5. I’ve long admired our neighbors’ permanent lighting and couldn’t be happier with how ours turned out. The installers, Kip / Justin, do quality work and were awesome to work with. Also Derek/Nikki from the office were incredibly helpful and communicative. Solid company!

Great experience from beginning to end. Informative consultation from the estimate to process of installation. Installers showed up right on time and were friendly/helpful and showed how to set up controller application and making custom light design.
Love the lights. We have a blast trying it out and we decorate big time for Halloween and Christmas so this is an awesome addition to the process. Can't wait!

Okay, where do I start?! This won’t be a typical 5 star “yes you should consider Level 5” review. This is me telling you that if you’re thinking about working with Level 5 to install permanent lighting YOU REALLY SHOULD! They live up to their company name! From the first interaction to the very end, it has been nothing short of amazing. Yes, I got a quote prior from a different company, and yes they were cheaper - but Level 5 has one superior quality that to me is worth the price increase and that’s their customer service. Today our lights got installed and Tanner and Kenny were very professional, friendly, on time, they communicated well, they cleaned up after themselves, they were very detailed with explaining what they were going to be doing and went above and beyond answering all the questions we had and showing us how our system works. Thank you Level 5 Lighting! We are so excited to show off our lights!
