Pool remodel went very well. Top grade craftmenship throught the process. My wife and I where amazed at the final product. project included increasing pool deck size. renovation of pool deck, rebar repair, and cleaning of tile, pebble tech and waterfall.

I had gone thru 5 different pool cleaners before I found Wolverine. They are wonderful, always here to do any repairs quickly and a reasonable price. Plus they know their business. Experienced and professional. My pool is kind of a problem but they always know what it needs and take care of it.

This last month we had them resurface our pool with pebble Tec and new tile around the top edge. The work was beautifully done. He was able to get it done quickly and all the workers were highly skilled and professional. I love our pool and Trent has been amazing at helping us take care of it, and now I really love the new updated look! It looks like a resort pool! Thanks Trent! Thanks Wolverine Pools!

They did a decent job, and their price was good but Justin never finished the job. He did 95% of the job and since I was managing the project from my home in Chicago, I never saw the missed details until after all payments were made. There were rigged tiles by the slimmer that were never grouted. They also got grout on other tiles and didn’t clean it up. They could have spent another hour on this job and had a 5 star review. We recently got back into town and set up a appt for him to finish the job…then he was a no show. Now, he isn’t replying. He also left all the old tile, and (2) 5-gallon buckets of garbage on the side of the house. A total eye sore for our Airbnb guests.

We recently had a whole backyard remodel done by Unique. We are thrilled with the final project! It was a long and complicated process (our backyard was 90% gutted) but was so pleasant from start to finish. We had a competent team that would pass on to the next person flawlessly and circle back when needed. We would choose Unique again if we ever found ourselves in need of another backyard remodel. I've waited to do this review. I wanted to get through the bugs and Unique's part of the warranty items plus a little time. I am happy with the product they produced for us. The grass, cement, surfacing, borders, pool, jacuzzi are magnificent. The owner Chris even came by once to make sure all was fine and help figure out the 'auto-fill' problem on the pool. Kevin, Bart, Pam, Dacia were all professional and patient with us through the shortages of Covid. One of the bestest things...they answer their phones and return your calls. Veeerrry important to me.

We had an outdoor kitchen built, an outdoor bathroom built, and an expansive irrigation system installed by Unique. We also had their team fix existing drainage issues. The price was competitive, the design process was detailed and complete (and fun), the interactions with the staff were always friendly and professional. We conducted serious, aggressive research and vetted numerous pool providers. We sought many quotes. We were seeking a strong knowledge base, value, build quality and a stout reputation in a builder. After narrowing it down to three companies, we chose Unique. After a year of enjoying a beautiful design and impeccable build quality, fit and finish, I decided to write a well deserved review for Unique. We found their design team and sales team to be first class consummate professionals who gave us their time and patience in picking out our finishes, which can be daunting. Unique worked diligently to provide us with tasteful effective, options while maintaining a budget for the project. We worked with many members of the staff during our project and found all to be knowledgeable, efficient and treat us consistently as valued customers. All projects have some kind of problem or issues to work through once the construction begins, it is how those concerns are handled by your builder that differentiate builders from each other. It is attention to detail and finishing the last 5% of the project where builders show us their true selves. Unique did an impeccable job for us. Project management and oversight was excellent, communication was excellent and Unique responded immediately to any and all of our concerns. The project finished on time and we wouldn't change a thing. Coming from an engineer and a very picky customer who knows a few things about construction, I very strongly recommend Unique for your project regardless of the scope. They are big enough to handle any size project and small enough to care and provide superior customer service.
