My air conditioner wasn’t working, I called Valleywide Cooling at 7 pm on Sunday night. The serviceman arrived just after nine and took care of my issue. Steve was wonderful. He was very helpful and took the time to check everything. Steve was great!

This company came to my home and diagnosed the problem, then came back once they had the parts and did the repair. Their service was outstanding, starting with Margaret, who answers the calls and schedules the service. She is such a good communicator and works to take good care of the clients. She conveys that your needs are important and a priority to the company. this is so welcome!! Both of the service techs, Shad and Lane, who came to our house were outstanding. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and did excellent work.

I would highly recommend this company for all HVAC service needs.

I went and got several quotes for replacing my HVAC unit and Valleywide was one of the more reasonable quotes I had gotten, but what made me choose them was their customer service and their tech Jimmy that came out to the property, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The system is fully installed and I am very happy with the result.

This positive experience started with Margaret making the scheduling process easy and accommodating. Upon his arrival, Steve was the textbook definition of professional. He explained the workings, both good and bad, of our air conditioning unit with patience and accessible language. Steve worked efficiently and followed up to make sure we were comfortable with what was done and how we can care for our unit in the future. I am thankful for the beginning to end experience with Valleywide Cooling!

Valley wide cooling has by far the best customer service and truly cares about there customers .
After 2 companies came out and my unit still wasn't working Jimmy came out and priced me a new unit at an amazing price below the other 2 companies.
Highly recommend them if you r looking for honest and customer first company go with valleywide cooling.

Margaret is very professional and caring. She makes one want to call back. She makes one feel safe and that there problems will be taken care of and that the person calling has value. The Tech, Billy, was excellent! He was very professional. Took care of everything and made me feel confident in what he told me. Unlike other technicians, he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, he didn't try to rip me off, he conducted himself in a friendly yet professional manner. He came at the time he said he would. I highly recommend him as a representative of the company. I highly recommend Valley wide Cooling. They're the best!

What a great experience so far with Valleywide Cooling. I am so grateful that I came across their website. It started with Margaret's customer service and communication. She was able to send Jose out same day to diagnose and fix our AC issue. Jose was professional, personable, and immediately put me at ease. His explanations of the issue and recommendations were clear, honest, and sensible. I am a Jose fan. Overall, I am a Valleywide Cooling fan. This will not be the first or last time I work with Valleywide. A trusted professional and business relationship has been established.

Highly recommend using Valleywide! We needed a new AC unit, Jim came over to talk about options and didn't feel pressured one bit. Compared to other companies we got a great price and the whole process through install was super easy. If you're in the market for a new A/C unit, definitely give these guys a call!

I recently had some air-conditioning issues and of course it was 115°! I called Valleywide and they were able to get a technician out the same day. The technicians name was José. He was amazing! He had fantastic customer service skills, was very kind, explained everything on a level that I could understand. He even came back a couple times to check on my system because of the issues I was having with some other companies mistakes!
He spent a great amount of time on my service call and is trying very hard to save me some money. He even tolerated my noisy dogs!
I would highly recommend him as your technician, and I would request him!
His personal approach and warm smile also help when you are stressing out about your air conditioner.
Everyone that I have worked with in the company has been amazing especially Margaret. and I highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs.
I also sincerely appreciate the follow up calls, and the reminders about my upcoming service checkups!

Called Valleywide Cooling at 5:30pm and their technician arrived by 7:00pm same day to service our AC unit which stopped working. The lady who took our initial call was so sweet and friendly. She was able to get us a same day appointment knowing our AC wasn’t working. Brandon arrived right on time and knew within minutes that the capacitor on our unit needed to be replaced. He made the repair, checked the temp inside to make sure cool air was coming from the vents and wrapped things up. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Impressed with our experience and we’ll share the business name with everyone!

I had come back from being away for about 6 weeks and had found our AC had stopped working, in the middle of June it was 97 degrees in our house. Valleywide was able to send steve out at 7:30 at night and he stayed until 11 making sure everything was fixed and ready to go so that we could stay in our house that night. We are so thankful for him and this company, we are now loyal customers especially in this AZ heat, you always need someone reliable in the cooling industry! You will not make a mistake hiring this company!

From the time I made the call until after the air conditioning unit was installed was an easy, hassle free experience. Every single person I spoke with at different stages of the process was professional, courteous and helpful. They were just good people. I am very grateful for how timely the unit was installed considering it was August in Arizona. Thank you again.

So pleased to write a review for Valleywide Cooling! Living in Arizona is "hot, hot, hot" during the summer. Our A/C went out and our Home Warranty company was dragging their feet. After several phone calls and heated discussions, a demand was placed to "get something done, TODAY!" My husband is a senior with health problems and is on oxygen so it was imperative that our A/C be repaired. Valleywide Cooling came into the picture that day and was such a blessing! Margaret listened carefully, understood our situation and quickly scheduled one of their Technicians (Derek) to come out on the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. What sold us on Valleywide was their professionalism but more than that, they were personable (kind and caring)! Derek went out of his way communicate to my husband what the problem was and what was needed.
Bottom line, we feel Valleywide is more than "just another company".... we were experiencing "family" in how we were treated, especially by Margaret and Derek, as well as their management team. Valleywide is an exceptional company that can be trusted to listen to their customers and quickly handle the challenges that come their way! Thank you, Valleywide!!!!

From the office staff to the courteous installation team everyone was professional. We were kept informed during each step and are very happy. Definitely will use them again and recommend this company highly.

All the service people I have had from Valleywide Cooling have been awesome. Jose' was with me today to repair my AC that was not cooling my house. He was very polite & professional. He explained what he was doing. Asked my permission to come in & out of the house as he needed to go to his truck to get different tools. Called when he was on his way and was on time. An Extremely Nice young gentleman. Pete, who was here to determine the part that was needed & Jimmy, who has been here for the installation of my AC units, are all amazing. The guys are perfect gentleman and very professional. Margaret always follows up to make sure the job was completed and that I am now comfortable going forward. Everyone at Valleywide Cooling has my business forever. I will never go anywhere else!!

This company was phenomenal! I called for a quote and they showed up the same day; the following Wednesday my new unit was in place. The crew doing the install was awesome as well. Since my unit was on my roof they kept me informed about any sounds I might hear and not to worry. Highly recommend Valleywide Cooling!

I would like to thank Margaret, Richard, and Derrick for their utmost professionalism and being so helpful in getting my AC unit repaired. They were in constant communication with us and updated us throughout the entire process.

I can’t say enough good things about Valleywide. We had a tough time with our home warranty company but they were still so accommodating on resolving our AC issues without jumping to doing a full blown replacement. I worked with multiple employees here from the service department to the scheduling dept and everyone was so kind, solution oriented and helped explain things in laymen’s terms so we weren’t overwhelmed. Our tech stayed after hours to help resolve our part issue and we truly can’t thank them enough. We would recommend them to anyone.

Valleywide Cooling is a wonderful company and went above and beyond to help us with our AC repair. Richard was very knowledge, patient and very helpful. He explained everything in detail and always called us when we had questions. Margaret was always there to take our calls and follow up with us to make sure we were happy and the AC was blowing cold. She was wonderful and a big help! Jose was professional and took pride in his work when fixing our unit. He stayed to make sure that everything was working properly and there were no additional issues. It is hard to find a good AC company these days but Valleywide Cooling is a great company and very honest. They care about their customers and go the extra mile for them!

I used Valleywide Cooling to have someone look at my roof mounted AC/Heat unit before the summer. The Technician who's name is Derek came out the day I called and did a great and through job. He explained his findings and my wife and I were left feeling like this was a great value. The business contacted me both before and after making sure that we were pleased with the service. Overall this was money and time well spent, I I will recommend them to my friends when need service.

Our AC has been kind of blowing warm air for a while.  I started looking for a good company in the Valley and came across Valleywide Cooling.  To be honest, I was afraid the Google reviews were almost too good to be true!
Margaret was super attentive and helpful and she set up a visit for us.
Derrick showed up and he was truly fantastic.  Super knowledgeable, experienced and very clean workmanship.  He took his time to check everything (even climbed into the attic in this heat), and found my capacitor was almost dead and wires were incorrectly connected.  He also charged my unit a bit.  We are very happy customers and thank you again !
