I hired Greg to cut down and completely remove three trees in my backyard. I have text messages where he confirmed he would remove the roots, but he only ground down two of them and left the stump of the third tree untouched. He also said he’d remove a bunch of grass and he never did. I made the mistake of paying him the majority of the money up front, and it’s now been months with no return or updates to finish the job.

To make matters worse, Greg asked me out, and after I declined, I noticed his communication and effort completely stopped. As a widow, I feel deeply taken advantage of, both financially and personally. This has been a frustrating and disheartening experience. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Greg offers great service & stands behind his work. He trimmed two palm trees for my family & we were pleased.

I love this company! Very professional. They do my landscape maintenance and removed a tree in backyard and stump grinned the tree . Looks like it was never there. It’s fun watching Diego cut big trees down. He is very safe and fast. Def a dangerous job and he is a great at it.

We had a very large Eucalyptus Tree that was overgrown. Shady Deal came out and looked at all of our trees for us, and were extremely honest about the condition of all of our trees. They trimmed the Eucalyptus Tree and did an amazing job!!! I highly recommend them.

I made a appoinment with Iliana to have stump grinding done on two trees. Crew showed up half hour early, did a excellent job and cleaned up yard, All done for a fair price. I highly recommend.

Shady Deal Tree Service did a fantastic job trimming two of our trees. They thinned and shaped them. We don’t have to worry about wind damaging them during Monsoon Season. Very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them to trim your trees.

I had an appointment today to have my palm skinned. Iliana cane and gave us a bid. She also said that our other palm needed fertilizer. Diego came today to start the work, I asked him about the fertilizer, he said it did not need it. I think because he was not told to bring it with him. He set up and ready to do the original palm trimming. I heard his chainsaw start and then I saw my lemon tree branches with new fruit on them coming down. I ran out to tell him to stop cutting the lemon tree. Which was next to the palm, and he got mad and pulled off the job. I’m the customer and was never told those branches had to come down. I would have just had them start higher on the palm. Now I’m left with a less full lemon tree, minimal harvest for next season and still don’t have my palm done. They do not communicate about customer wishes and do not give us scope of work. Do not recommend them. And we were so excited to have them here today. It took a turn quickly.

Diego and his awesome wife Iliana are amazing. The service they provide is top notch. From the first call to get my trees trimmed up was flawless . I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. They are my go to and will gladly refer them to anyone I know.

We had Shady Deal come out to trim our overgrown ficus. I loved how they explained natural tree growth and trimmed it to allow for air flow. It looks amazing and I know our tree is healthy and will withstand monsoon season!

I recently reached out to Iliana at Shady Deal Tree Care to get a quote on removing a very large palm tree. While we are still contemplating (trying to convince the husband) removing the tree, I was sooooo impressed with the quoting process and communication so far.
