I had a water leak at my house when I was out of town. My plumber referred Mike to me. I was a little apprehensive to have people in my house that I didn't know when I was not there. Mike eliminated that concern with his first phone call to me once he arrived to let me know he was assessing the damage. He then called me as I was on my way home to update me on the findings and what all needed to be done. I appreciated how they treated my possessions with respect. Everyone on his team, Kyle, Brian, and Eddie are all professional and kind. It was nice having the same people show up each time. Let's face it, they are at your house for long periods of time, so it's nice to see the same faces show up each time vs. someone new every time. They are very detail oriented. I would say one of the biggest things I noticed is that they never told me "No, we can't do that" Anything I asked if they could do or if it could be done, they always did it. I would highly recommend Mike and his team, they did a fantastic job for me.

Rainbow Restoration is a business, but a business with people who actually care and not just a job to do. Mike in particular but also Mason were extremely nice and accommodating. Mike was more like a friend who was there because you needed him and not just a show me then get out of my way guy. If you want true professionals who understand and care about your situation then look no further, Rainbow Restoration is the place to go if you have that unfortunate disaster. I highly recommend them.

So glad my insurance company sent this company out. We had a leak coming from our ceiling. Mike from Rainbow came out literally the same day that we put in our claim and was so courteous and helpful. Mike is so professional and juan all around nice guy. He actually found the source of the leak even before we called the plumber. Got our claim in for us and was back at our home for dry out within a day. No one likes to have a bunch of equipment in their home, but Mike and his team were so nice, accommodating and reassuring. We have new carpeting and Mike even took off his shoes to go upstairs. I would highly recommend this company! We are having them do our repairs as well.

Honestly I am beyond happy that Serve Pro treated us so bad, because if it wasn’t for the bad service I would have never gotten with Rainbow Restoration. Mike and the whole team were amazing! I appreciated the time Mike took to build my new kitchen, he did not put it back to how it was, he gave me options, which is something I didn’t get with the previous company. I appreciated Brian taking the time to make sure our house came out perfect and all the details he put into it. I also loved that anytime I had questions Mike was always there to help explain everything. Going through this whole process can be life changing, so making sure you fully trust who you are working with is very important. 10/10 Mike and everyone at Rainbow Restoration made the process simple and overall a good experience out of a really horrible situation.

Mike and Mary came out to my elderly father's home and actually ripped out tile in a powder room that one of their subcontractors put in that was a horrible mismatch. They replaced the tile with another of my choice at no additional cost. The room looks amazing now. By the way, it took me a while to complain about this problem to Mike, but that did not bother him. When I finally did complain, he immediately responded. Mike went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make sure my dad and I were satisfied. We are thrilled with the end result. FYI: Although he's not old, Mike has old-school business ethics and values. His actions show that he believes the customer must be happy at the end of each project and he doesn't just say that; he makes sure it happens. I highly recommend Rainbow Restoration of Goodyear. They stand by their commitment to carry out the job and carry it out to high standards at that.

I highly recommend these guys! I was feeling extremely anxious about potential water damage to my flooring. I called a little before 6 AM, and to my surprise, Mike answered. He was a true professional—courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He spent hours carefully inspecting the property, providing me with peace of mind. Truly outstanding service!

Mike was extremely supportive and provided great expertise and information for us. They worked with our insurance. Mario and Sam were the crew that came over to do all of the demo work from the water damage. They did a wonderful job and were very professional. Last summer we were in Brasil when a neighbor called to say our house was flooded. The insurance company called Rainbow Restoration to do the mitigation. Michael was the only person that called me everyday while we were overseas to explain what was going on with our home. I truly appreciated his effort and we developed a relationship.
When it came time to do a major rebuild of our home we selected Rainbow Restoration. I'm glad we did. Michael and his team were honest, dedicated and professional. They did excellent work when my drain pan rusted and leaked. Mold had started to appear.

Doran & his son were a gift sent from God when the water softner flooded the house in the middle of the night. They were timely,
professional & honest. Finding much more damage than originally anticipated, just made them go beyond the norm at his expense for me. They are a great family team to work with. May God bless you abundantly in the future.

Great, professional service! Until I found Eco-Green, no one else was able or willing to help me with my problem. The owner came within 24 hours to inspect cracks in my shower that were exposing the wall to make sure there was no potential mold. Thankfully there wasn't, and he gave me solutions to prevent potential mold growth in the future. All for no charge. I really appreciate the help, professionalism, and guidance I was given. Definitely five stars!

I found Eco Green via the internet based on the best carpet cleaning places near me. Eco Greens customer service is excellent. He was very friendly on the phone. My carpet needed to be cleaned due to my dog urinating on it. They were able to clean my carpet the same morning that it got peed on. I felt comfortable while Eco Green was in my house. My carpet looked and smelled clean after it was serviced. So naturally when my dog peed on the carpet a second time, I called Eco Green again. Eco Green had the same friendly customer service and reliability as the first time.

Based on Google Reviews, we used this family owned business and are EXTREMELY pleased. We had pruchased some white leather used reclining couches, one of which cleaned up 500% better, the other not so much. Dorian and son did as much as they could and gave us a (unsolicited) discount because the results weren't perfect. Totally honest, professional, friendly, family-owned - our highest recommendation.

Five stars for this Goodyear family owned business. I had my carpets and wool rugs cleaned. Very impressed with the customer service - from the phone call to how they respected our home. Top notch company with excellent rates. Upfront with no “extra” charges. My carpets looked brand new.

We are in the process of moving into our new home and being new to the area I called around and Eco-Green immediately contacted me and went over everything. Along with being so responsive their pricing was very affordable. The carpets were left very dirty from the previous residents (smoke smell and heavy pet urine) but they were able to save the carpet and get almost all of the smell out. They were so kind and professional I will be calling them again when I need my carpets cleaned again and highly recommend them to anyone!
