Took advantage of the Homedepot special $8.88 for an Air-conditioning check. We have three units and they honored that price for each one of them. For about $30 the technician did a excellent job in checking all three including having pictures of areas of concern like fittings and cleanliness along with a comparison of actual electrical/ pressures to specs. One of the best professional services I have ever received.

Dylan and his team are exceptional! They make the transition of properties to new homeowners crazy good! They can also handle super small projects as well as large. They are my go to handyman.

Miranda did a great job both times she repaired pipe leaks in the last 2 weeks:
1. (3/27) 3 underground pool pipe breaks, and
2. A very serious broken bathroom sink drain pipe, (which was obviously 60 year old), and well behind the 'J-Pipe', INSIDE THE BACK WALL of the bathroom! I thought the job would require 'massive surgery', possibly involving the removal & rebuilding of most, if not the entire sink cabinet, taking many hours over 2 or 3 days, at a cost of > $1K!
I was STUNNED that Miranda was able to solve the problem by simply cutting a hole in the drywall, around, and not much bigger than the broken pipe itself, and got it all done in ~ an hour, with no 'tell tale signs' that anything was even disturbed! Especially our lives!
