Ben did an acid wash and waterline scale removal on our 12 year old pool. I wasted way too much time with a pumice stone trying to clean it over the whole summer with mediocre results. After Ben completed our pool it was sparkling like new again! Highly recommend copper cactus!

I just want to give a shout out to Ben Robinson, the owner/operator of Copper Cactus Pool Solutions. Our pool tile was really, really bad. So bad that I had two other companies come look at it first. One didn't want the job at all and the other did one tile and gave up and left. Ben took on the challenge and he did a phenomenal job! We couldn't be happier, and he did it at a very good price. I can't say enough how tough a job this was and he knocked it out of the park. Just look at the pictures!

Ben did a great job on our pool. We live in central Phoenix and the hard water is a real prob. Our pool is 5 years old and we had some decent calcium build up. After Ben was done our pool look brand new. We also have a brick water feature that also collects a lot of build up and that also looks great. I would recommend this company and will be an ongoing client going forward.

I had my pool installed in October of 2008, and had never had the calcium removed. Sooooo, 16 1/2 years of calcium ribbon. Ben did the impossible! Everything came clean, including the rocks and spa area. Ben is a great guy, very nice to work with. He explained the process in detail, assisted in draining the pool, and cleaned up when the project was finished. Ben has the proper equipment to do this job, very professional. I highly recommend him. The pictures speak for themselves.

I couldn’t be happier with this company! Unlike 6 other companies, Luis immediately responded and the communication throughout the day couldn’t have been better. When he realized that our Saguaros were rotten and that we were on a street corner with heavy foot and vehicle traffic, he got a crew to us in less than 24 hours. From the first call to the cleanup they were all friendly and professional. Our neighbors can’t even tell where they used to be. That’s pretty amazing because we had three Saguaros all over 15 feet tall and two were conjoined. Had they fallen on the city sidewalk or the road, they could have killed someone. They were even able to save the plants around them! Thank you!

Marty and Joseph came out to our home to give a custom landscaping design for our yard. They were very professional, helpful, listened well, gave us really good input and answered all our questions. We look forward to working with them and seeing how it will all turn out.

Botanist of the Valley is as good as it gets. From first meeting/estimates with Marty, to design with Luis, installation, and even clean up. These guys are the essence of pros. The install crew of Emil, Brian and Casteel carried out every detail with care and dedication. The work was back-breaking at times, but Emil, Brian and Casteel worked seamlessly as a team. I could tell they too enjoyed the final outcome. The guys even went the extra step- over and above the contracted project- of using extra materials in my front yard to create a dry stream bed. I wholeheartedly recommend Botanist of Valley for any landscape needs.

Our experience with BOTV was excellent. Our yard went from a new-build landscape of nothing to a place we hang out every day (until it gets hot, anyways), with a wonderful seating area made of pavers and a big patch of turf for our kids, which they love. They spent a lot of time teaching us about plants that would survive and how to choose our own plants, as well as installing irrigation for us as we agreed and later on when we had planted things ourselves. They were with us from planning the lawn through the end, and the work is very high quality. I would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping at a fair price done by professionals who genuinely know and love what they're doing.

After careful investigation and discussions with multiple landscapers we decided to go with “Botanist of the Valley” to landscape our front and back yard. From the beginning, the process went very smoothly. They coordinated the selection of plants, rocks and any changes with us. All their workers were courteous and helpful during the installation. We even asked them to move our very large chiminea from the driveway to the back yard, no problem. Some additional work and equipment was added without the additional cost. After the work was done and paid for they have had an excellent response to any questions and landscaping touch ups. I would recommend “Botanist of the Valley” to my friends.

The best landscapers in Phoenix by far! The owner Luis gave us a first class experience from start to end.Great communication throughout the whole process. He explained in detail exactly what I was paying for.I've worked with quite a few landscapers on our back and front. The work turned out okay, but nothing to yelp about. Fili was the leader of the crew that worked on our front. He trimmed two large trees. He was able to teach me exactly what I needed to know to keep both trees maintained. I also showed him a couple of trees in the back and from there he recommended what I needed to do once the monsoons started to keep them alive. I will continue to use Botanist of the Valley with any landscaping job as well as recommend them to my family and friends. A great local business!

We would like to thank Luis and the entire staff of Botanist of the valley for a job well done. Our front landscaping needed a complete rip out as did our walkway. Marty contacted us immediately and drew up detailed designs for the project and estimate. The entire crew from demo, install new irrigation, lighting and pavers for our courtyard and plantings were excellent. The final result is beautiful and we would highly recommend BOTV to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

Couldn't recommend BOTV more. Being from out of state, this type of landscaping and construction was foreign to me. I'm a designer by trade, however in a different medium. I didn't need to be sold, I needed a partner, collaborator and someone that can bring renderings to life.

The level of professionalism, acute attention to the smallest of details, daily communication was such a breath of fresh air in a world of build fast, but 'maybe' right. Every single one of the tradesman were beyond amazing. Absolute professionals at what they do. I would watch (without trying to pry) every day and was just blown away with the level of craftsmanship.

Value - the ol' "If it's too good to be true...." does NOT apply here. I felt like we were left with an end product that far outshined our modest budget. However even with that modest budget we were treated absolutely no different than someone spending 10x. The same care was applied. It's just who they naturally are as people.

We were brand new to the West Valley (and AZ) and were overwhelmed by both the amount of work that needed to be done in our backyard AS WELL AS the number of landscapers advertising in our area. My husband did a lot of research on-line and we had several folks out to provide us bids. Marty was very enjoyable to work with and provided us with a plan and quote that fit our needs and budget perfectly. Luis and his team worked tirelessly and helped navigate a couple of mid-project changes we decided to make. Loved the "we can make it happen" attitude knowing we also had budgetary limits. We had major leaks in our irrigation system and took a bid from Botanist of the Valley. They gave us a bid that not only addressed our current issue but also used the best products to help us save water with a new system. I really appreciated their whole system focus! I was not disappointed with my choice as they were on time and left my home better looking than when they came. All the digging that was done was not noticeable. Communication during the job was excellent. Both Emo and Bryan were the best! Thank you Botanist!

I hired this company to redo my small patio. They gave me a good price and it stayed close to what they estimated. I am very please with the results and I finally feel that I can enjoy my patio space for the first time in the 2 years I have lived here. I am grateful for the expertise and labor put into this project. I would recommend them for sure. The only feedback I would give to this company to improve service is to improve communication about what to expect leading up to the project and during the project. I felt that I had to initiate communication for updates and information but once I did, Luis was very transparent, professional, and kind.

We just had our patio and pool redone, with an addition of a fire pit. The owner, manager and crew were absolutelly great during the entire project. Botanist of The Valley stood out as a premier service provider to me due to the quality of work I saw, and the reviews across several websites. I was never left waiting when I would message the team, and was always contacted within a days time. I had the entire back yard redone, including three separate paver pads, a pergola, with rock lawn removed weed barrier applied, and new rock brought in.

I can't speak for others experience, but I can say that Luis, the owner, is a true business man with customer service at the forefront of his decision making he showed up more than once to inspect the work and ensure I was happy. This really left me a sense of trust and ownership from Luis who kept personal contact with me during a good bit of the process, something that I must find in any company that I work with as communication is key. Inspecting, quoting, pre-work, actual work, some road blocks, and re-work Luis and his team were receptive to my requests, kept me updated the entire time for every milestone, and made sure I was pleased with the work every step of the way. I didn't get everything I wanted, but I'm a hard man to please, and this did not deter Luis from making sure I was happy with everything that could be done, and I am very happy with the experience.
