I called about my refrigerator not cooling and he promptly called me back and advised me to call the manufacturer because the part should be under warranty. Very refreshing to have an honest person give advise instead of trying to charge me to fix it. Will use him for all my appliance needs

One of the dreads of every homeowner is to have a major appliance malfunction. When my 8 year old GE Profile washer chose to skip the spin cycle, I started hunting for a reliable technician to check it out and was very lucky to find Steve. I was able to reach him directly when I called late in the afternoon and he offered to come out the very next morning -- that did not work for me so we settled on a different day and time and he arrived promptly. After running my washer through its cycles while monitoring the control board by the motor, Steve determined that my GE was a goner: the motor needed to be replaced, a task Steve said was not cost-effective as a new unit could be purchased for much less than the repair cost. In addition, he offered recommendations as to the most reliable brand(s) and even gave me the names of some lower-cost brands that were made by Whirlpool (one of his top choices) -- same "inner workings" but fewer bells and whistles so less to break down. He even pulled up local ads on his smartphone for several of these brands, showing me the lower purchase prices compared to the repair cost! Heaven forbid that another appliance "gets sick", I wouldn't hesitate to call Steve again; he was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, very pleasant and his house call fee was only $59.95! Highly recommended.

He was awesome! He said he'd come between 11-1 and showed up right at 11. He immediately knew what the problem was with my dryer, fixed it within a half hour. Great prices, very nice man, would definitely go with his company again.

Steve was great! Came out and repaired our refrigerator within an hour of calling him. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend and use him again!

Our washer stopped spinning over the weekend. Steve was able to make it out within a couple of days and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was on time and very easy to work with.

His team came out, fix my issue and insured before they came out (based on my terrible diagnosis of the problem) ensure that he had what it sounded like to fix the issue in stock!! Steve was fantastic. Was on time, from my description over the phone he brought a few parts he thought it maybe. He was correct repair was done in less than 45 minutes price was fair would recommend them to friends and family.

I originally called a "name brand" competitor who gave me a 5 hour window which I couldn't do. Steve narrowed it down to a 2 hour window, and better yet got there at 10am as promised. He fixed my broken ice maker on my Kenmore Elite fridge. His trip charge was even $40 less than the other company. His number will now be saved in my phone , thanks Steve !!

I called Steve on a Monday afternoon about an issue with my washing machine, and he was able to come check it out on Tuesday morning. The problem isn’t one he was able to fix (a bolt broken off in the motor that will need something special to get it out) so he didn’t charge me for the service call. Appreciated his integrity and quick response.

Steve came by soon after I called about our gas oven not igniting
He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected the issue. He only charged us his trip charge. I would re-use him again.

Talked to Steve over the phone, he called back within minutes of me leaving a voicemail. Called him because of all the great reviews here and he was friendly and knowledgeable in the few minutes we talked. Unfortunately (and strangely), Steve doesn't repair Samsung or LG appliances, which millions of people own. Don't call if you own these.

Steve returned my call right away and scheduled a time to come out and fix my fridge the same day! He was on time and worked diligently while he was here. When he finished I was amazed by his pricing as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Steve!

Called Steve's Appliance repair to fix a refrigerator leak. He showed up a half hour after the call, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a half hour.
I consider him promptly, reliable, honest and knowledgeable.
