Excellent work, on time, courteous, very helpful...
I hired Pro-Terra from out of state to do a pad for a new house. They communicated every step of the way and I am looking forward to hiring them when I get to next steps.
I am a General Contractor in Arizona and I have been through my share of Sub contractors trying to find one that I could trust to do what they said they were going to do. I finally found Pro -Terra and haven’t looked back. Luke has done the Site work and underground on multiple jobs for me and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this company!!!
Excellent customer service and prompt response with fair quotes! We have been looking into doing landscaping and sitework for new pipes in our backyard and the team was incredibly helpful in not only giving suggestions, but also offering different options, prices, and timelines that fit our situation. Much better than going through a large company not to mention their professionalism and thoughtfulness.
Pro-Terra has done excellent work for me on both site prep and final grading work. The jobs were in tight quarters and required a lot of demo and coordination with other subs. They were on time, on budget and professional. Highly recommend.
ProTera did several related jobs for me 2023/2024. Every invoice was paid promptly but was always followed up with a mailed property lien. I've never had a contractor do this and thought it was offensive and said so. Standard practice i was told. They built my home pad. The concrete floor that followed now has a growing crack the entire width. They trenched and installed conduit for our SRP Project. They quit after the first conflict with a neighbor insisting on written permission before continuing and upcharging to finish months later after resolution. I had a couple hundred feet of leftover 3" pvc that I paid them for. They installed a 5000 gallon underground water tank and plumbed it to an existing pump. The plumbing was so inferior that it needed to be completely replaced. The pump couldn't hold prime because of an air trap in the installation, and no bulkhead fittings were used in the tank- pvc shoved through a hole cut in a steel water tank and then sealed with silicone is not a proper installation. At the end of the build, I purchased 2 truck loads of rock following the owners previous suggestion that he could get me a better price. I wanted to level an area between 2 containers and was sent recycled crap. It was all bits of used concrete, tile, brick, shale, and practically no stone. I asked for a price reduction for inferior material (I paid for AB or ABC rock) and was told no because I used it. I had to purchase an additional truckload from another company(similar cost) in order to try and hide it. We are on all dirt. I have bits of concrete, tile, and brick everywhere now. They will say I approved everything, but things aren't always what they appear at first glance.
