They don't pay their bills on time, way-way beyond the 60-90 day norm. I've already heard some other trades are filling liens and lawsuits I would stir clear of them if you're a contractor.

They remodeled our kitchen and main living area Despite the massive shortages due to COVID-19 they did a fantastic job keeping us updated and getting stuff done where physically possible.

Highly recommend Caine and Co. Worth every penny.

horrible people and lie!!! rented a house from them and Suzanna Caine lied!! Never rent from them. They have a gas line that goes to the stovetop in the house that is a one gallon gas tank that you fill at Home Depot that is completely out of code.We had multiple times that we had gas leaking from the stove. We had a flood from the refrigerator line that was run incorrectly and flooded our master and our closet and they never did a mold check. Once again completely illegal and out of code.

We own a condo that we use for a couple of months each year that we believed needed updating. Talked to a couple of people but ultimately settled on Caine and Company. Very glad we did. They made the entire process easy - from the initial design to the final walk through. This was especially important to us as we live a thousand miles away. We hired Justin & team to build an addition for my mother-n-law in North Central Phoenix. We interviewed several contractors and felt an immediate connection and comfort level with Justin. Choosing a builder for a major home addition is always a challenge. Being new to the Phoenix area, did not make it any easier. After online searches and interviews, we chose Caine & Company. From our first meeting to the final day of remodel, Justin and his team combined professionalism with creativity... and respect for the fact that we would be living in the space as they were doing their work! Two on-site managers, and subs that clearly had worked together with this team before, meant less time waiting for answers to questions before they could proceed. The guys showed up when they said they would, worked in a tidy and organized manner, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Justin created designs and suggested materials that were beautiful and consistent with our budget. His process before the first day of building, listening to our wants and needs and suggesting clever ideas of his own, kept us from needing huge change orders along the way. If there was more than one way to lay tile or install a light , the subs were quick to discuss the options with us instead of guessing what the plans meant and then needing to re-do things. It's now been several months since the remodel was complete, and we're still happy with all the decisions we made along the way!

We have used Justin Caine's company at two separate homes. The first was a high rise penthouse condominium undergoing a major renovation when it was abandoned long before it was finished. He came in after we purchased it and took over the renovation, and we could not have been happier. When we moved from there it was to a brand new house, and we wanted significant work done on it (installing fireplace, removing walls, etc.) He did it on time, on budget, and again a stellar job! We will never use anyone else for any major renovation of our home!

Decided to go with this company after getting multiple quotes and could not be any happier with our choice. What really set them apart from the other companies is having a project manager that runs the entire project and coordinates with all the necessary people throughout the process (including purchasing and arranging pick up of tile, countertops, faucets, hardware, etc.). We worked with Vaughn and Justin - both were very professional and communicated with us regularly and clearly. They made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the remodel. We couldn't be happier with the results and we look forward to using Caine & Company for our next remodel project!

In 2007 we hired Justin and Caine and Company to do a major addition to our 1950's ranch home in the Camelback Corridor. After interviewing several other contractors and receiving bids from other design/build companies, we were thrilled when we found Justin. He understood exactly what we wanted and what we needed as well as our design aesthetic. He immediately "got" our vision for the project, listened to our needs and walked us through the entire process. We added a bedroom/office, a bathroom, a kitchen, great room, and reconfigured doors, walls, and closets in the existing house to make the addition cohesive. He completed our addition on time, on budget and with outstanding results. I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Justin and his crew. He was communicative, honest, fair, and reliable. He contributed to the design and his experience and expertise made the entire process painless. The end result was a space that our family of five enjoys on a daily basis and we would recommend Caine and Company to anyone looking to transform their space.

My parents bought a new Sub-Zero wine refrigerator and they wanted the enclosure to match their existing cabinets. Caine and Company stepped in and got an exact match. Dirk came and installed the enclosure in a very professional manner and did great work. We will assuredly use Caine and Company again for future needs.

I would be remis not to mention Lauren as she was instrumental in coordinating everything in this very trying year.

Justin and his team did a kitchen remodel which became a little more as I decided to have other things done. They were completely on time with arrival, demolition, and the actual remodel. The subs all came when they were supposed to, and everything was done pretty much by the date he originally projected, even with the add-ons. Everyone was very easy to work with considering any remodel is a stressful situation.

Justin Caine combines professionalism, quality workmanship, creativity and experience to each job. We have worked with Justin and his crew several times and we have been more than pleased each time. Justin was able to take my vision and make it a reality in a way that was affordable, completed on time, and the end result surpassed my expectations. We recommend him highly.

We hired Justin Caine and Caine & Company for a kitchen remodel of our 1970s era ranch home. The kitchen was very dated--dropped ceilings, closed-off floor plan, worn oak cabinets, just to name a few. Justin turned this cramped space into an open, airy, modern, functional and beautiful space. His vision, creativity, and strong work ethic, as well as that of his employees, were second to none. When we began thinking about a home remodel, we sought information from the HOUZZ website. We then took all of the Phoenix area businesses and searched the Better Business Bureau and the Registrar of Contractors. We also looked at online reviews such as Google and Yelp. We ended up with a handful and began telephoning to set up interviews. We ended up with 3, and after meeting Justin Caine, who provided us with additional education, information, and references, we chose Caine & Company. We spoke with references they provided and also looked at the remodeling contractors website they recommended.

We are so happy with our diligence on the front end of the project, because now that it is completed, we could not be happier with the result! We took out a dining area/hallway wall, enlarged a kitchen window, put in new windows throughout the house, new flooring, reconfigured the kitchen with a new layout, granite, cabinetry, appliances, and lighting. We replaced granite and plumbing fixtures in the kitchen, laundry, powder room, and Jack/Jill bathroom. We put in new pendant lighting in the powder room and wallpapered walls in the master bedroom, TV/Guest room, and powder room. We took out an old pot niche entertainment wall and replaced it with a newly-built and more updated entertainment wall in the family room.

The Caine & Company team is so well-oiled from start to finish, nothing gets missed. The Business Manager Vaughn Royer and our Lead Carpenter Stephen Hill kept the project on track, getting us back into our home ON THE PROJECTED COMPLETION DATE! Designer Lauren Belcher ensured a consistent and cohesive color scheme and design style, while facilitating the process of my learning my style preference. She accompanied me several times to select granite, flooring, and wallpaper. She guided my selection of light and plumbing fixtures.

Everything in our new old home is so perfect, it appears as though it was meant to be from the beginning and as if it were a newly-built home.
