Highly recommend Eloy and Allegiance Water Services. They are prompt, efficient and professional with how they conduct business. They did excellent work and cleaned up spotlessly after all was said and done. I appreciate the time Eloy took to ensure all my questions were addressed and I was satisfied with the job before leaving. You can tell they take pride in their work and building relationships with their clients!

John showed up on time and was professional, courteous, and friendly. We had good conversation while he worked, and he was done with the job quickly. He represents his company well.

This is the most transparent and positive experience I’ve ever had with a water company. They communicate every step of the process through email and text, give you an exact window of arrival, include a picture of the tech, and even let you track the tech as they travel to your home. Pricing was the best after multiple comparisons, and the work was top notch. Guess there’s a reason they have an almost perfect rating!

Lawson was absolutely wonderful to work with. On time, knowledgeable, and clearly a master of his trade. I highly recommend!

Ruben was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting him and having him do the appliance repair for us.

We have had excellent experiences with this company for a variety of jobs and several more booked with them. I am very pleased with the prompt service and thoughtful approach to some fairly complicated issues.

I was too hasty with the first review below where a gave them a 3 rating. I am revising this to a 5 because today they did follow through on their commitment to pick up the old brine. They needed a truck with a lift. I was too quick to think they were going to leave this behind. This company is also very good with their text communication give time/date reminders and Bios of the workers. I will definitely use this company again. Ruben took the extra time to sweep up the salt on the garage floor. He didn’t take the old brine tank with (1/2 full of salt). He said it would take too long. This was promised……see below text by manager/owner so I’m disappointed in that.
“Hi Bob, don't worry about removing any of it sir. If you are not feeling well -we can do it.
I'm not going to charge extra for removing it, as long as we don't need a separate truck with a winch and tow lift, to do it. : )
If you let us schedule it tomorrow morning and because we will already be close to your home, we can say $100 even- If for some reason it's way too heavy for one guy, it may need to sit there until we can send another guy with a hydraulic lift- but there won't be a charge afterwards.

They were responsive and came within the scheduled time. I appreciate how thorough they were with their explanation and they were honest with what I needed and didn't need. The $69 service/inspection fee was worth the piece of mind that I don't have any leaks in my yard.

Called Allegiance to fix my irrigation system and they were quick to respond. Paul came out, gave all the information we needed, and answered additional questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Will call again for other needs as well. Highly recommend, 5 stars! And I did call. I needed my timer on the irrigation replaced and Paul did a quick, efficient job! 5 ***** again!

Our technician, Lawson Key, was awesome. He quickly troubleshooted the problem, provided options on resolution and made recommendations on our irrigation system schedule. In my opinion, any time someone can educate me on something that I am unfamiliar, I welcome the opportunity. I would definitely request his specific services in the future, should it arise. I paid $149 for a water schedule report from Allegiance Water Service on 09/30/2024, but I have never received a formal report. I contacted the company several times, and they informed me that the technician John was very busy and that they attempted to send me the report when he had time. However, I have not received it, even though it has been since the end of September. Instead, they sent me an estimate for adding a valve and repairing the irrigation system, costing $3378.

I feel like the company has taken advantage of my payment. The technician just checked my yard and timer for less than 10 minutes and never provided the report. They took my payment away and walked away.

John did an outstanding job installing our new water heater and toilet. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend Allegiance Water Services to anyone. They are very competitively priced

I have been using Allegience Water for a few years. They are wonderful! Great customer service, especially Eloy who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly and is handled in a timely manner. I have referred them to many people I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Allegiance was able to schedule us quickly (next day!) and were great with communication. I received a confirmation text of the appointment, text to show arrival of our plumber & an intro of who would be servicing our home. The work was completed quickly & was effective.

This is the first time I used allegiant. The service I required was to diagnose and fix a malfunctioning water softener.

First, the booking was exceptionally easy, the response was much quicker than I expected, and an appointment was available much sooner than I expected as well. The communication was great all the way up to the point of the tech being dispatched and estimate of arrival time. Indeed, my tech actually arrived early.!

I was given the option of replace or repair. The tech actually took the time to diagnose the exact problem, explained the problem and showed me the broken parts that would need to be replaced.

The estimate was reasonable, the parts were ordered, and within a week I was back on the schedule for getting my water softener back into service

Very impressed with allegiant. I will definitely use them again.
