We had our entire heating and cooling system replaced. Everyone at Arizona Comfort Systems was very professional. The system was delivered and installed as promised. I am very happy with the service.

Had water heater drained by RiteWay. Jay was great, answered all my questions, fixed a stodgy working toilet, cleaned up, friendly..I will ask for Jay in 6 months!

I had a very disappointing experience with Arizona Comfort Systems (also known as Rite Way). They quoted me $1,800 to repair my AC unit — an outrageous price for what turned out to be a simple fix.

Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion and called Taylor Heating and Air. They came out promptly, diagnosed the same issue, and fixed it for only $100. That’s a $1,700 difference for the exact same repair.

This experience makes it clear that Arizona Comfort Systems now "Rite Way" is overcharging customers, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation rather than actually help. It shouldn't be all about your ticket commission it should be about actually helping people resolve the problem. I cannot recommend them based on this experience — always get a second opinion!

After purchase and installation of a new air conditioner, today was the 2nd call in to get the same problem resolved. Manager Dario Carrillo and technician Benjamin Candelaria came to the house this am to look into the situation and work towards a resolve. We are greatly impressed with thier ability to look outside the box and find the root cause. Collectively we feel they have successfully resolved the issues we were experiencing and gave us great information to help keep our system running at its best. These 2 are an asset to your team. Kudos. Our faith has been restored.

I had a small billing issue after an estimate on my AC unit, I was told the service fee would be free.

Dana called to remind me to pay, and I mentioned the mix-up before having to rush off to a work call. To my surprise, she actually went back, found the original call, confirmed what was said, and got the fee waived for me. I honestly didn’t think people still went the extra mile like that—or even listened to those calls!

Thank you, Dana and your team, for treating your customers with care and integrity. You’ve earned a loyal one.

Giving one star only. If I could give no stars and write the review I would. I had Rite Way give me an estimate on replacing a 30 gallon electric hot water heater and was appalled at what they came back with. Keep in mind most 30 gallon water heaters run about $500. The estimate came back at $3,329. Ridiculous! I truly believe that they were trying to take advantage of the situation with such high estimate. When I talked to the technician he said that he was going by the pricing set by the owner in his tablet and had no explanation as to why it was so high. I highly recommend that if you have plumbing needs to look somewhere else.

The team at ACS: Juan, Sergio and Chris provided excellent service from sales through the installation which required many detailed parts. The Trane unit is an impressive piece of equipment - so quiet! 😊👍 I'm a very happy customer.

My AC unit stopped cooling. I called Rite Way and they sent a technician out within a couple of hours. Matt Nevarez was EXCEPTIONAL!!! He listened to me explain what was going on, he then clearly detailed everything he was going to do: conduct a full inspection of the HVAC systems, I have 2. He found the problem ( a blown capacitor), and provided me a quote to replace it. He explained everything he found in the complete system inspection and provided options (long and short term). He was professional and extremely courteous and attentive. I will definitely continue to use Rite Way!!! Thanks again Matt, and Rite Way you've gained another customer!

Very disappointed I was looking forward to using this company's services which is definitely not old school values for example I went to book an appointment and every contractor that I've had come out to my house not only will give me a very narrow window time frame either specific time or two hour window and even send me pictures of the technicians that are coming out to my home this company wanted to have me set my whole day aside with only a call the morning of the appointed day and then sit around all day because they won't give me a narrow time frame for when the technician was going to come out.

Every staff and associate has been competent and trained professional. Thank you Angelika for answering the call that changed my environment from a 24 hour sauna to an amazingly comfortable setting. Jon-Paul has been the most customer oriented and friendly person in Sales that I have dealt with who not only is prompt in answering every call and question, but also provided immediate solution to every problem. Ignacio and Leo were invaluable to the company with their knowledge and skills. Everyone in the company worked as a team and they are always courteous in informing customers of their arrival. They also include a photo of themselves prior on meeting the customers. Each and every day they worked, they left the place spotless and are always punctual. Thank you all for a great experience.

They were very professional and on time for my whole system replacement on my manufactured home. The new system though a bit more expensive than others I was quoted for, is a Lennox and has a higher SEER rating. They send texts with photos of the techs before they arrive which is a fantastic touch. Only missing the one star because the new thermostat needed adjusting via installer codes I found on reddit to allow programming. 4.5 stars if I could.
