Only do clean up that will not harm their equipment.

Called with questions, they are very helpful and even gave me names of other companies for things they don't do.

Servpro sucks! A bunch of unmotivated children with no one in charge and no desire to do the job they are paid for

Jeff is so helpful! He answered all the questions I had and was very thorough throughout! Definitely recommend this company!!!

ZERO STARS. Insurance company sent them over, they cancelled appointment and failed to call me. Sent three men next day and they were not sure how how to accomplish task, took photos and measurement for insurance, they failed to make any estimate and cancelled engagement, without informing insurance company or myself.

Its very disappointing that a company cannot make a simple phone call. In the end my insurance company send over a real pro who was able to do in ONE hour what Servpro of Surprise said was impossible.

Called company about a mold issue, and told lady on the phone I was a cash customer (no insurance). I was told that someone would come out 3 days later for an estimate. I waited 3 days and then someone else called me 30 minutes before my appointment and I was told they do not do cash customers and would not be able to provide an estimate because it is too hard to know what will be needed to make an estimate for my job ( even without seeing the job, just over the phone) and it usually a line by line invoice that they can charge to insurance companies. Basically sounds like they up charge insurance companies to make more money. Be careful of this company.

My 1st water damage experience. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and this business. He responded as soon as my insurance contacted him. Explained the process. He was extremely conscientious looking everywhere for damage. I hope I won't need him again but would call in a minute if I need his services.

Tentative at first, never having experienced water from monsoon rains (Sun City, AZ)coming in through the ceiling, down the walls, sweating paint, dripping on to the floors, carpet and buckets. Process, Service & expertise was excellent, thorough. I was informed & watched all procedures...ongoing. If we had not been made aware of this company, I am sure this problem would have been unending and worsened consequences in ensuing years! Thank you, Kind Sirs, Crew Chief John Wilson, and Sir. Crew Chief Anthony Sheppard, for expert service you have provided in this situation. House now looks like there was nary a problem...well on to the next step in replacements and paint. My experience with ServPro was beyond my expectations. I had back up water damage in my family room/kitchen. Jeff from ServPro came out immediately and set up fans etc. He proceeded to help me through the entire process of finding an honest plumber, electrician, flooring company who had the machinery to pull up glued down floors & someone to put in new baseboards. Every time I had a question or needed something, he was available and he always answered calls promptly. I can't say enough good things about him and his company.

We had a major leak and mold in our kitchen from the dishwasher. Our Home Insurance sent us Servpro. They cleaned and dried the affected area. In addition. the cabinets, sink and dishwasher were removed. Most importantly, they protected the granite-like countertop.They are extremely professional and their work is impeccable.

Imagine calling the appliance repairman for a tiny water leak and finding out that water has damaged half of your kitchen, up the walls, behind your cupboards, and it is all covered in black mold! That is what we experienced! ServPro came that same day and began remediation immediately. They were very reassuring that we could solve the problem and reconstruct the kitchen to be good as new. Dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, containment zone, removal of all the black mold… all professionally completed in 2 1/2 weeks (in our case). Air testing verified that all mold was gone. We were very happy. They were all determined to make our home good again!

I had a broken supply line fail on New Years day that flooded a third of my house. I called and Jeff was out in about an hour and a half with all the equipment to begin the restoration. Jeff came out the next day to follow-up and has been very helpful walking me through other insurance aspects of this claim. Prompt and knowledgeable.

I had a lot of water damage in my spare bedroom due to a pipeline being clogged from my A/C unit. The ceiling, walls and carpet were soaking wet. SERVPRO came out immediately to assess the damage. Jeff was very knowledgeable and walked me through the next steps of the process. He removed the damaged ceiling, walls and carpeting that day and set up the blowing fans. He explained his employees would stop by daily to check on the drying process. His employees would call prior to arriving and they were also knowledgeable and respectful. Jeff was there when I called to ask questions which was very helpful. I will definitely call SERVPRO in the future. They are proven to be very trustworthy. Thank you SERVPRO!

I'd like to commend Jeff of Servepro of Sun City for the outstanding job. I was out of town and our neighbor visited our home on Friday about 10 AM and found the freezer completely defrosted and "stuff" oozing on the floor. I contacted Servpro by 11 AM (recommended by the neighbor) and spoke to Jeff. He said he could take care of it. I called my insurance company by 11:30 AM and said all would be covered. Jeff was there by about 1:00 PM and 2 hours later, freezer and all the defrosted food was gone, the room was completely disinfected. Great job and highly recommended.
