The repair process was handled with exceptional efficiency and communication, which has been so hard to find with other companies. Ed, Dominick, and Omari were courteous, professional, and kept us well-informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services for any repairs and will certainly reach out to them again for any future restoration needs.

I was surprised one morning with a roof leak that damaged my bathroom which required my bath/shower to be replaced. Thankfully Zona Restoration was able to respond that morning and get the mitigation started that same day. The service provided by everyone at the company was beyond my expectations. I want to personally thank from the mitigation team: Ed, Elijah, Santana, Eric, Nate, and Shane and from the reconstruction team: Zack, Max, Francisco, and Eric. I called Zona Restoration, and within an hour, Ed arrived to assess the area and walk me through the entire process. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough every step of the way. Tony was also a huge help in quickly connecting us with a plumber who could replace the water heater that same day. Two days later, Ed and Nick returned to check on everything and remove the dryers. They worked quickly and efficiently—and even helped put my daughter’s crib and room back in place. The overall experience was excellent. Zona came highly recommended from two co-workers who had damage from burst pipes. This company is efficient w/ the estimate, scheduling the demo work, and communicated effectively with me, as a homeowner. Dom & Jack were thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We had restoration work for a garage leak with a different company, and communication was sub par & I ended up coordinating the third party contractors. Zona was much more professional. Definitely recommend.

We had a faulty patio door handle that needed to be replaced and Nate was our serviceman, he was absolutely excellent and went above and beyond our expectations! Not only did he fix the handle, he also thoroughly cleaned our tracking which I will admit was an absolute disaster prior to and was something we were putting off for months. He could have easily left after doing the job we called him out for, but took the time and care to ensure that the root of the problem was addressed which is something we really appreciate! I can't say enough how happy we are with the work done by Brian with Zona Restoration. What stared as a horrible situation (improper install of a toilet from another company caused a flood and damage to two bathrooms and a laundry room), Brian made into a wonderful experience. Brian was extremely professional and just a pleasure to have around. He did an amazing job on all three rooms! He had no problem dealing with our two rambunctious dogs and worked ridiculously hard to make sure the job was completed to perfection. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every part of the process and details. I can't believe how beautiful our bathrooms came out- it was a complete silver lining from how it all began. Thank you Brian, and thank you Zona Restoration.
