Was nervous about fixing a faucet myself for risk of damaging pipe further. Called Paschall and they sent Tristen out. Rather than charge me an exhorbitant fee for doing the work himself, he talked me through accessing the pipe through the wall and found out it was a fairly easy fix that I could do on my own. He only charged me for a service call. Will definitely call Paschall the next time I need plumbing done.

8/9:25 Bryce Barton from Paschal came out and identified immediately that the capacitor needed to be replaced. He had the part needed and installed it immediately. We use Paschal because they have excellent technicians like Bryce. They know what they’re doing and.are normally there within 24 hours

Bradley Potts was very knowledgeable. We had leaks in the pipes in the basement. He came in and replaced all the cast iron piping to the tub and kitchen with 2” pvc.
Everything was done immediately and this was a large plumbing repair. Thanks so much

We get maintenance on our furnace and a/c. They are professional and respectful. They just installed equipment to notify us of if condensation is happening and whether to change the air filter. Very nice to have another layer of protection.

1-First we needed a professional to come out as soon as possible, which ended in up being the next day. Wow!

We had Paschal come to perform the semi annual maintenance. We were not sure if there was an issue but we noticed that sometimes the A/ C would stop working and needed to be turned off and back on to reset it. The professional found the cause and replaced the part immediately. The house cools off faster and now runs more efficiently.

We also took out their Plus Maintenance Plan. It’s already saved us money If you maintain your Heating and Air Conditioning, like us, due to the age of our equipment, This is only a few dollars more with perks

2-we had to call them again about a different issue, The fan was not working. Bryce fixed 2 issues, we didn’t know 2 things failed. He’s bright, professional and very courteous. He also knew what he was doing. Thank you Bryce

On 9/6/23 our 22 yr old water heater started leaking. We called them up and they came within a day. We decided to replace the water heater with a bigger 50 gallon one. They removed and replaced it all the same day. It was an unexpected expense but they even had financing available to us. This really helped us out. We have maintenance plan on our water heater also. It’s so nice to know they do stand behind their work.

On 8/9/24 we had an issue with our recent purchase of a thermostat. It was revving our furnace up every time it reached the temperature set on the thermostat. The professional showed up and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue. Our thermostat was replaced under warranty and the furnace runs properly now. The tech stuff on the furnace is beyond me but we do trust them and have only been pleased with all the work they have done for us and them standing behind their merchandise and work. Thanks again.

He was very helpful and knowledgeable he took his time to even show me how the shut off valve worked for the outside meter just because I felt scared and he wanted me to feel safe you have a great team member with him and I thank you for your work

Great service. Our technician, Tristin, was very personable and had a great eye for detail in his work on our plumbing. Showed up on time and got the job done well and in a timely manner.

I had another electric issue and plumbing leak and leaking toilet issues! Of course I gave them a call. The quote was very reasonable again, and they were on time. Called ahead communicated well !! They troubleshot problems right away and repairs done quickly. Tristen, Garrett and Dakota were all so pleasant and Customer Service oriented. It was great doing business with Paschal AGAIN! My go to for sure!!

My technician Corey was so nice, professional, tried to reassure me about my situation and explained everything that was wrong, what we needed to fix it and also found a potential problem with my water heater, I felt safe with Corey in my home, as I've had some experiences in the past that people were unethical. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paschal, their office manager called to check on me and see if I was being taken care of and scheduled repairs .

Tristin and Chase finished the job that another plumber failed to do. This was the 5th visit and successfully completed. Tristin has been a godsend! Honest, friendly and knowledgeable to boot. This was an over $10k job.

Be very careful about the price you are quoted. Do a simple google search for the average price for that service in AR and compare it to Paschal's quoted price. My quoted price was way higher than the average. So I paid the $90 service fee to tell them I'm not using their company. Just saying, be careful.

Everyone from the time appointment was made until service was completed was very efficient and professional. Tristan was an amazing technician, he listened to my concerns and completed the repairs quickly. I have referred all my friends and neighbors to your company!

This is the second time I have used Paschal. It was a great experience just like the first time. I was having issues with a heater and Zach come out and was a great technician. He answered all my questions was very nice and did everything he could to solve my issue. By the time he left the issue was better thank you Zach. Will definitely continue using Paschal
