Dale is a meticulous home inspector. I was amazed at the level of detail in his report. With it my wife and I, were able take actionable information back to my home builder. I definitely recommend anyone looking to use his service to do so.

I absolutely 100% recommend Dale Foster! He was very thorough in his findings and the turn around time was about 24hrs, if not less. I accidently deleted my report and he promptly send the link again. Will definitely use again if needed. Oh and the price was unmatched!!!
