I coordinate lighting projects for a large electrical contractor in Atlanta. We were given some work that involved adding parking lot poles and retrofitting all the lighting at a number of banks across the southeast. We sought out local contractors to handle the work, and were lucky enough to find Innovative Power Solutions for a bank branch in Cabot, AR. I worked with Lance, their Service Manager/Project Manager. He took such complete ownership of this project, and communicated so effectively that I was truly grateful. Freed my time and attention for issues I was dealing with on other projects. Give these guys an A++ for great customer service, and great attitude. A real pleasure to work with.

My initial call was for a ring doorbell. I did not know the visit came with an electrical inspection, and thank goodness it did. In addition to addressing the electrical concerns they installed brand new smoke detectors. Scottie and Ayden were professional, respectful, explained everything to me about the items that needed to be addressed. They weee respectful of my home and took before and after photos of the work. I will be using them again. Thank you

Very professional,explained everything and got it done the same day

Had one of my smoke detectors go off. The service tech was here within an hour from the time i called. Very professional and was able to switch out the smoke detector for me. It was under warranty, so no charge for service. Mister Sparky is always quick to respond to requests, to answer questions especially as I transfer my sisters estate. I can't recommend them enough.
