My washing machine stopped working and I did everything I could do to fix it and so I called central one service because Brian Canada works there anytime I need anything. Brian is always been able to repair it.

Kevin contacted me within minutes of submitting my request for service and had already scheduled Brandon for the initial visit on the following day. Brandon was very personable as well as familiar with my description of my dryer issue. He ordered parts, and scheduled my repair the following Tuesday, and called before his appointed time to confirm I was home. He completed his work in a timely manner, and asked me to call with any further issues. I would recommend Central One Service to those looking for quick, professional service. This was my second time using them, and I will again as the need arises. Good job, guys!

Initially contacted this company for an error code on my Samsung dryer. The customer service was good and the availability of a technician was fair. However, once the tech came out and I paid him to replace a ribbon on my dryer, I had to call them back to inform them that he had now caused another issue with my dryer that did not previously exist. Rather than rectify it, he tried to charge me for the second repair. Ultimately I ended up having to buy another dryer and spent $300 for nothing

Online they advertise they offer parts but they do not. I got to the store and the door was locked. Called the number and I am told to call someone else in Little Rock because they do not have parts only do service and repairs.

Called on a Thursday they had a technician out on Friday. Brian was very friendly and went right to work fixing my dryer, he had the parts needed and had it running in no time. Had to order a part for my refrigerator, it came in within a few days and Brian came back out and same as last time he had it fixed in no time. Highly recommend Central One Service!

I had a problem with my washer not spinning. I called around 0800 in the morning and the technician was able to come out that day between 9-1. He arrived around 1000. I’m really sorry, I forgot the technician’s name. He was very nice and very thorough with the evaluation of the problem. After doing the diagnostic, he gave me the information that would help me make a decision whether or not to buy a new set. At the time of inspection, the washer did not need any repair work at that time. I would definitely recommend Central One Service for any appliance repair. Great job!!!!

Zac is a really nice guy and did a great job repairing our washing machine. We didn't have to wait very long for the initial service call or for the new part.

We have been calling the main phone line and emailing the owner since March to receive a refund on a part that didn't fix our dryer issues. As a result, we had to purchase a new dryer. We were ensure a full refund by the repair man. Each time to call to inquire about the refund, we are directed to new people that never get back with us. We have been more than patient. At all costs, I would avoid this business. If you go to the Markham address, no one works in the office.
