One of the smartest HVAC contractors I've ever met. Does things based on the numbers and does not guess. When you need it done correctly and after you've tried other people you will find this company to be the only ones that can fix it. I highly recommend. Do not waste your time with other companies no matter how large. Service was fast.

I was told by another company that I needed a new motherboard for my Heat and AC unit ....was told it would be 5 weeks..... after 8 weeks finally called Bill Lea Service Co. they came out the same day and let me know that my unit was just fine... This is after all of winter me using electric heaters.$$$$$$..not to mention dangerious..plus no communication while waiting 8 weeks Thank You Bill Lea Service Co.. if you are looking for honest fast quality Service company I highly highly highly recommend Bill Lea Service company..THANKS AGAIN

Outstanding Customer Service! My heater went out and I called Bill Lea Service. John came over to meet me and take a look at my HVAC unit. He sat down with me and explained everything! He asked me some questions and, more importantly, listened to what I had to say. Bill Lea Service gave me serveral options for repair and replacement equipment. They even gave me information on multiple payment options. These guys are good at what they do and treated me like family.
John and Ivan just finished installing my new unit. Installation was quick and clean. Thanks again guys!

I called in the morning and by then of the day I had someone at our house and issues fixed before the sun went down. Friendly, safe, quick and stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process.

We had Bill Lea Service for 1.5 years. The first time they arrived for our maintenance contract, I had inquired about our drain line being broken, and not draining where it should be draining from. No problem, we paid for a new pipe piece, and everything else checked out. We started hearing a humming noise every time our heat kicked on, and when we had the technician out for the winter part of the maintenance contract, we were told we were using too thick of filters, and we needed to use the cheapest ones available. Next spring I had mentioned the drain pipe not draining where it should, and the humming noise continued with the a/c now. As we bought new cheap filters, we were told that the tech did not know what was causing the noise. Early fall I was having my doubts about Bill Lea, as our drain pipe was still not draining, and it was leaking out in a different spot, so I called another company. First five minutes of the new company our noise was identified and the drain was unclogged (we didn't even have to ask about the drain being clogged, the tech already knew it was ap and fixed it). The worst part was we found out that our heat exchange was rusted with a hole in it, putting our household in danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. We immediately made arrangements to get a new system ASAP. Knowing that the rust was not an acute onset, I'm guessing it was overlooked for 1.5 years by the technician at Bill Lea, who showed they really didn't know anything else. I will NEVER trust Bill Lea Service for anything ever again.

Excellent service. Our air went out in July and they came the same day and were very professional and reasonably priced.

No one ever looks forward to hearing they need to completely redo their heating and air system. However, I’m glad this is experience for us was with Bill Lea Service. They were great to work with.... Ivan their technician came out at the time he said he would be there... he was extremely thorough with his work and took the time to completely explain to me everything that was going on. After Ivan determined our air was on its last leg John Lea came out within 30 minutes to look at what was going on and give us complete pricing on everything we need. They were then out the next day to install our brand new system and WiFi thermostat. Would definitely recommend them to everyone that has HVAC needs.

One of my AC units was not blowing cold air. I called and scheduled an appointment. Office staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable/informative. Technician showed up on time and had everything fixed within an hour. Very professional and had everything fixed within an hour. Will definitely be using this company for regular HVAC maintenance.

This was my first experience with Bill Lea HVAC. My daughter & husband recommended them & I am very pleased. The techs were professional & worked quickly. Much less expensive than I expected.
