Frank was a total blessing today. After our winter storm, I didn’t have any hot water. He had never met me but was sending texts trying to help me all day. Some long overdue interior plumbing work was needed, so we called Integrity plumbing. They came recommended from friends. Before the scheduled start date, our water main decided to spring a leak. Now we had no water. It was leaking so bad I had to shut it off. We called Frank and asked him if he could look at that too as that was now the main priority. No problem. They came to our house that day and started digging where the leak appeared in the middle of our front yard. When that ended up not being the source, a mini excavator was fetched. Our yard is in a natural setting. It's hilly and rocky with lots of trees which meant operating the excavator was challenging. The leak was found, fixed and repaired within a day. With minimal disruption to our yard. The remaining work, new toilet, three new sink fixtures, a couple of shower handles, unclogged drains, etc was done in hours. We can't recommend these guys enough. Expert work. Great communication. Friendly, reliable, honest and they get after it.

Excellent!! I had a dishwasher installed and new pipes under the sink replaced due to leaks. He was meticulous, and took pride in his work. I will definitely call him for my next plumbing job.

Joe rebuilt a sticky shower valve that was difficult to turn. He saved us money and wall repair by convincing us that the valve did not need replacing. It works great now and very easy to turn on/off. I highly recommend Joe Horton Plumbing.

Do not use this man! He charged me $135 for an hour and half worth of work to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my sink. He spent an hour “checking for terminates” when I asked him not to. Then he said he didn’t hear me when I said I didn’t want him to check for termites. As soon as he walked in my house he told me he couldn’t find anything wrong with my sink. So he hung around outside doing who knows what and then came back in and charged me for nothing!!!

DO NOT USE US ROOTER. They are completely unreliable and they out and out lied to me. They miss appointments. Not once...several times. Then they tell me they called to reschedule. Not on my voicemail or call logs they didn't. Also they lied about submitting a report to the warranty company! I've never written a bad review on Yelp before but this one is over due!

Bad Plumber!!!
Last year I had a water main leak. So I called a plumber to come out and repair. The plumber had to come twice to repair. After the second repair attempt, I still had a slow leak. The plumber insisted that it was repaired and that my water meter was bad or I just need to replace the whole water line leading to the house.

After months of having a continue small leak it finally emerged into a much larger leak that needed repair. This time I used a different plumber (Mike @ Roto Rooter) that found the leak and did a ROCK SOLID repair. My water meter dial doesn’t move. NO leak!!! Also, Mike had informed me that whoever did the previous repair job, didn’t know what they were doing and the water line should have never been repaired the way it was.
