i have a busy home with several dogs and cats, so my carpets and furniture needed some serious cleaning. when it was time for a deep carpet cleaning, a friend suggested this local company. i first brought in an area rug, and after seeing how refreshed it looked, i set up an appointment for a full home carpet and upholstery cleaning. luke and caleb showed up right on time, explained the process, and took care of everything with great attention to detail. they got rid of all the pet stains and odors, and the original color and softness of my couch and carpets came back—i couldn’t believe the difference! i also asked them to clean my favorite red chair, and it looks like new now. everything smells fresher, too. these guys were super friendly and professional. i’m planning to have them clean more area rugs soon. i highly recommend their carpet cleaning services, especially if you have pets and want your home to feel fresh again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I received calls / texts from multiple phone numbers when I sent an appointment request - one had a Pittsburg CA area code and the other had a Charleston SC area code. I scheduled the appointment via text message with the Charleston phone # and when the cleaner did not show up at the scheduled time, I called the Pittsburg phone # who was apparently an entirely different company and didn't have record of my appointment.

Once the cleaner finally arrived, he attempted to fill his giant machine in our kitchen sink instead of using a hose. He then attempted to spot treat the carpet stain for 5 minutes before giving up and saying he couldn't fix it, while still charging me $60 for the appointment.

Highly unsatisfied with this company and will not be using their services again.

Luke and Richard did an excellent job on my carpet repair. My young puppy was left alone for a few minutes and tore up a very noticeable spot in the carpet. My husband and I looked up how to patch it ourselves, but our repair did not hold up and the damaged area got even worse. We put it off for a while, then finally called for professional carpet service. Luke handled my call, was very helpful, and had an opening available. He arrived on time and finished the carpet repair in about an hour. Even though the new carpet patch did not perfectly match the older, more worn carpet, the repaired area looked clean, neat, and much better than before. The whole process was easy, and the workmanship was solid and professional. I would definitely use them again for carpet repair, patching, and other carpet cleaning needs.

Three technicians arrived within about an hour, removed the wet carpet materials, started drying equipment right away, and cleaned up the mess before leaving. By the time i spoke with the insurance adjuster later, the basement was already dry and the risk of mold was greatly reduced because the crew acted fast instead of waiting around for approval. That quick response saved me a lot of extra damage, stress, and disruption. They also returned to handle the full restoration, including repairs to the walls, trim, and doors, and then installed beautiful new carpet. It was a smooth start-to-finish process, and i did not need to hire anyone else. jesse and the team were efficient, professional, and very thorough with the carpet cleaning, drying, and restoration work.

Its very clear that wesley truly cares about his customers and pays close attention to every detail. We recently bought a townhome in Alamo with carpets that were in very rough shape. honestly, they seemed like they should have been replaced, but we did not have time for that, so we scheduled a deep carpet cleaning service instead. His crew spent around five hours doing heavy carpet cleaning, stain treatment, pet odor work, and extra attention on the worst traffic areas. What impressed me even more was that the next day, wesley personally came back and spent several more hours doing touch-up cleaning and retreating a few spots just to make sure the carpets were as fresh and clean as possible before the tenants moved in. He really went the extra mile and gave a lot of extra effort, even on a weekend. The previous resident had several dogs and cats, and the new tenants were sensitive to pet dander, so it was very important that the carpets were cleaned thoroughly. The extra deodorizing, detailed treatment, and follow-up visit made a big difference, and so far the tenants have done great with the results. i was very pleased with the carpet cleaning work, the care taken with the problem areas, and the overall service, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning or pet stain treatment.

​I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided by this company and cannot recommend them. Our experience was defined by misleading pricing and completely incomplete work.

​Bait-and-Switch Pricing: We were explicitly quoted $150 for our home. However, upon completion, the final bill was inflated to $350 with no prior approval or explanation for the massive price hike.

​Incomplete Service: Both our closet and home office were left completely untouched.

​Unprofessional Conduct: I was working in my office during the appointment. The technician spent a total of only 45 minutes at our home. When I realized he was leaving and asked why my office hadn't been cleaned, he informed me that he had already packed up his equipment. He then stated it would cost an additional $100 just to unpack his tools and finish the job he was already contracted to do.

​Poor Quality: To make matters worse, it has now been 12 hours since the service, and our carpets are still soaking wet, indicating a failure to properly extract the water.

​This company demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, from their pricing transparency to their customer service. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you expect honest pricing and thorough work.
