Very helpful and professional! Energy Upgrades came in and inspected our home system, described exactly what we needed and did great getting the job done.

Good at the beginning, but they installed the wrong sized filter the at falls through the hole at the bottom of the filter housing. They left a support for the lip of the closet enclosure that was in the way of the door to replace the filter, so i could not open the door all the way. they left a wood screw sticking out in the way of the door of the filter housing where your hand can get stuck/stabbed guess what happened to my hand?!!! I have left multiple calls to have them set up a final inspection with the city/county inspector w/o a call back.

Larry at Energy Upgrades was great. He explained everything clearly and by the end of the appt. I understood all the options available. Their presentation was unique and it was a low pressure and highly informative. I would recommend them to anyone.
