Integrity Repipe did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process.

In addition to being skilled, their employees are friendly, organized, and trustworthy. Our repiping needs were addressed with PEX B pipelines, and no issues emerged during installation!!!

Our defective PEX A pipes were successfully replaced by Integrity Repipe. They were really knowledgable, prompt, and professional. Thanks to them, we have faith in our plumbing system!

Turn and RUN!!!

We contracted with James/ Integrity plumbing, who brought on Integrity Repipe. The story changed throughout our meetings as to whether or know he was a partner in this business also. We had a full repipe. He was nearly 20% more than other companies but this being my second time going through a repipe I felt in good hands with Integrity repipe being the sub. I was wrong.

Day of the repipe we had to call the team back because the new pex was scored during installation and began leaking hours after leaving. I was able to minimize the damage while waiting for their return thankfully. Shower valve was installed completely crooked and not centered in the tile floor, i was able to rework this and correct it thankfully prior to them patching the backside of the wall.

Day 2, patching. The patching/ texture guys damaged the water line to the fridge flooding the kitchen… they didn’t bother to clean immediately let us know and instead let water sit until I came home from work, my wife pointed it out and it was too late. Floor was buckled. I had to demand that a pumber come out to reconnect the fridge and to visibly see the damage that had occurred. The patch and texture guys were trying to re connect the fridge which was extremely frightening.

One of the selling points on the spending the extra 20% was how well the patch and texture guys were… we must have had the b team. They filled electrical boxes with mud/ stucco which we thankfully called them out on prior to completion, and the stucco work was extremely sub par. Additionally we had to have them out a few times for missed areas. Spackle covered EVERYTHING, including my motorcycles etc.

After months of back and forth, and non follow ups we finally were able have our floor fixed. And the house back to normal. We had to call on a regular basis to get updates and move this forward.

Don’t worry there is more. Month later we found our drier vent not connected either. Being in a tight closet it wasn’t immediately noticeable.

I work in the industry, and can’t stress enough how horrible our experience was. I started the project by clearly communicating that the number 1 focus was to keep my wife happy durning the project which is why we contracted. Looking back I would have been better off doing the work myself.

We have worked with All Star in the past for leak detection and restoration. Called them again for their services. Kyle is fantastic and always pleased with their work and service.

I've recently suffered a slab leak and then an unrelated leak. I used Cali's Choice for the first problem and they were great. Sergio was the lead, and was very upfront, courteous and did very good work...attention to detail. That experience was great so I called Sergio again for our last problem. Our experience was the same - great. I would recommend Sergio and Cali's Choice to anyone.

I am so happy I called Cali’s Choice Plumbing. I could hear water running in my bathroom wall and it turned out that I had a slab leak. I called and talked to Ginny. John B came out to give an estimate and then to do the work. They were both so amazing. Ginny was kind and very helpful. John explained everything throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. They made a stressful situation much better and seemed liked they really cared. He even came out on his day off to finish the work. In addition, their price was reasonable. Everything is working great now. They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them.

I called them out recently to replace my water heater and I am very satisfied with the results. The customer service was also great and very helpful. I will definitely be contacting them for any of my future plumbing needs!

Quickly fixed our small problem, answered all my questions and was reasonable on price. Seems like a very experienced plumber, and all-around good guy.

Though I usually don't post reviews, Greg's work, service, knowledge, and authenticity was so noteworthy, I felt it appropriate to do so.

I had a root crimp my main line copper piping. I sent Greg some pics via email and he called back quickly to say if I hadn't already made other arrangements he'd be happy to come fix it. He gave me a time, called when he was en route and showed up at that specified time. After some intros, he took a look at the area, said he could do it in 2hrs + parts and I gave him the go ahead. He finished in 1h 15m and water was running to the house again!

Bonus: Greg has a long history in OC and can likely look at your faucets and tell you not only what parts and manufacturer it is....but why that faucet was used so wide-spread at the time your house was built.

So to summarize....great work, super friendly, and a walking anthology of OC plumbing....I highly recommend giving Greg a call if ever you're in need.
