Elli did a fantastic job in cleaning our in law unit! We run our business out of this space and we are confident to allow clients to come visit and conduct business any time. Amazing and detailed service

Its a rare treat for me to have someone else come clean my house. Ive been very sick the last couple months, so my house was quite messy! My boyfriends mom, being the beautiful person she is, set up heavenly services to come clean. For $200, in my 1,000 sq ft house, heres what i got:
“A deep clean”
2 bathrooms cleaned including the lower cabinet, and the walls, (but no shower walls or windowsill I’m guessing its extra?)
Kitchen counters wiped down
Microwave (she didn’t charge me for that, but usually thats extra, which is standard)
Living room, kitchen, and hallway(hallway normally is extra she informed me) mopped, 3x she went over it!! (i only go over it once, but i use a lot of elbow grease! ) which she also charges extra for, but didnt for me!
She got down and mopped as far under the couches as she could. A solid 6 inches.

What you need to pay extra for:
Oven
Windows and sills (I was unaware)
Dusting (also unaware) i have a 3 shelf book case, 1 end table, and a coffee table, I’m curious how much.
Wiping down dining room table, also curious how much.

What she would not do:
All i wanted was the sink full of dishes done. I offered “top dollar” which i would have paid the whole $200 for! Her response when i asked “ they’re like my least favorite thing to do, but i guess if you REALLY need them done ill do it” ( ill never make anyone do something they don’t want to do).
Move any furniture. This is understandable! Liability, plus i don’t want anyone hurting themselves cleaning my house!!! If you want the underneath of something cleaned move it before she gets there.
Put things back after moving them to clean the kitchen counter.

Overall, after writing this review, thinking it all through, I’d say what she did clean, she did a great job! She asked if i was happy with my service, and it was fine. I appreciated her checking in about that. The only reason she didn’t get 5 starts, is because I think dusting, also the shower walls, stove top, (not oven) and dining table, (minus 1) are a standard practice. Also, i really really wanted my dishes done ☹️ (minus 1 more) I know most cleaning services don’t do this anymore. However, every business is different, and policy is policy. One last thing, people, DONT FORGET TO TIP YOUR CLEANERS!! . They provide a service, tipping isn’t required, but if they work hard, they deserve it! Thanks Trisha!
