Had a leak in my apartment coming from several units above and they came to fix it promptly. They were professional and made sure to cover areas and vacuum during and after cutting into the drywall. After everything was fixed and it was time to paint, they even offered to paint one of my walls by the entry that had scratch marks which I appreciated.

Perfect job on all counts, five stars are not enough. May 3rd, 2024 Aldo came to my apartment, took thermographic pictures of my wall and ceiling, showing me where the leaks and water damages were and said; "we'll (with team: Bryan, Gabriel & Sebastian) demo tomorrow, give it three days to use fans to help get rid of any mold or moisture, and be back on the 8th to begin the rebuild, and on the 10th paint and put everything in your house that we moved back into original positions. Exactly what happened, and everything was done efficiently, cheerfully and professionally. I would hire this team to do any restoration kind of work in any setting they were willing to work in. Carl

Cutting Edge Management, Aldo, came on a weekend as water remediation was needed and I was impressed with his responsiveness. The bid was fair for a complicated drywall and stucco project. The four employees were skilled, polite and professional. I've dealt with a lot of subs and contractors through the years flipping properties and in all honesty, they were THE BEST! As a result of this experience, I'm using them for a roof project and I have already referred them to a friend. I couldn't be happier with the results and encounters with the entire team. The Cutting Edge Contractors came in when our apartment building had some emergency leakage from an upstairs unit. Sebastian and Irwin came in and worked on my unit to fix some water damage. They were very prompt and thorough in the work. Nothing was left undone! When they finished, you would never know we had any damage. Sebastian did an amazing job treating the walls and replacing the section that had to be cut out to get inside the wall. Sebastian and Irwin left the work area spotless when everything was all completed. I see why the management company of my apartment complex hired The Cutting Edge Contractors!! Excellent service all around!
