The price was great plus Santiago’s showed up on time, did quality work and cleaned up everything when they were finished. You can’t ask for more than that.

Extremely upset. Came out to remove 3 citrus trees. Dragged branches down the side of the house scratching up the house and windows. The OTHER SIDE where they opened the gate i guess didnt use even though i moved my car for them to have access. They left the gate wide open which now my little dog got out because they failed to close the gate that they opened. Also they moved every thing on my patio and failed to move it back. Very disrespectful and rude. When you open a gate you usually close it when you are finished. I hope i can find my dog whose been in our family for 10 years. Kids are extremely upset that the dog is now missing. Called and left message for the manager have not heard from them yet. Would not use this service ever again!!

Santiago's crew did an amazing job. We are very pleased with their work. They removed five 60 foot trees with no problems and cleaned up after.

We had 2 large lemon trees removed and they were VERY fast. They cleaned up all extra leaves and lemons that were laying around. We highly recommend them and will 100% be calling again.

I’ve needed 3 tall palm trees in my backyard trimmed ever since we moved in 6 years ago. I was nervous about cost, my other trees/plants being harmed and so on. My cousin recommended Santiago’s tree service and I’m so glad she did! Jose came out on time and did a phenomenal job! He cleaned up all three trees and they look great! No debris was left behind and the price was amazing! Thank you Jose! I definitely recommend Santiago’s tree service!

This tree trimmer advertises that he trims palm trees, however he does not even have the proper tools. I didn’t know this when I hired him. We agreed to a price and he scheduled the next morning to come but arrived 1.5 hours earlier than he said so I was at a doctor appointment. He argued with the person I left in charge and stated that I only said to cut the green at the top. My instructions were clear: clean up the palm trees AND also make sure they do not touch the power lines. He left the palm tree remnants and did not haul them away. The person I left in charge felt bullied and paid him. When I saw the job, I tried to call and text him and the tree trimmer ignored all correspondence. I used a different phone number and address to make a new appointment with him so I could speak to him about the situation. When i met him at the new address, I asked if he was looking for someone and he said he was looking for me, which was not honest because he had no idea the new job was me. I told him he needed to either complete the job or give me my money back. He said he would complete the job at 8am the next day and give me half my money back for the inconvenience. Then, less than an hour later, he texted that he would not work for me and would return all my money thru zelle. It took all day for him to zelle the money. I had another appointment set up with him at another address if he didn’t return my money. This situation caused so much unnecessary stress and made me extremely behind in my work. It’s great that he returned the money, but he would not have returned it if I didn’t chase him down. Insanity, dishonesty, and horrible work ethic and zero professionalism.

Good price, horrible service. They took a month to get out. Now on the day they were supposed to do my trees they don’t call. I finally get a hold of someone and they said they would come back today at 7am. It’s approaching 9am.. no call. No shoe. And they won’t answer the phones.
Take my advice. Spend a little more money and take your business elsewhere.
