Talked to him on the phone about what was going on with my Whirlpool oven. He gave me his rates and appointment for Monday at 10:30am. He was a no call, no show. I would not recommend this business.

Came when needed and found the source of our KitchenAid oven malfunction. He took time to explain fully our broken part and put in an order to have the part replaced. He will follow -up when the part arrives.

We reached out to Benicia Applicance Center to look at issue with a refrigerator that had stopped working. The first day we called, they told us they'd call back and confirm when we could expect them and we never heard back.
We decided to call again another day (our mistake) and the person who came out spent the majority of his visit lecturing my wife on not purchasing appliances from big box stores or made outside of the USA. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I might even agree with him, but the extent of it was very unprofessional. The serviceman also felt the need to comment on the excessive amount of toys and size of our home for the size of our family...really bizarre.
