My oven had been running hot and I'd been burning the tops of everything. The appliance repair man recalibrated the sensor and replaced a thermostat that had drifted way out of range. First batch of cookies since the repair came out perfect. Small thing maybe, but it mattered.

I almost didn't leave a review because I'm lazy about it. But the technician who worked on our dishwasher deserves the credit. Repair was done right the first time, explained clearly, and priced fairly. That's the whole story.

My washer wasn’t draining so I contacted Appliance Repair and they were quick to respond and were able to come out within 2 hours. Once Andrew confirmed the problem it was comforting to know he was able to fix bc he had the part on hand. Definitely will be using them in the future if needed!

Our (around 5-year-old) LG refrigerator acted weird - no need to detail. After looking online, I decided to go with Appliance Repair USA. It was a shot in the dark since I was going by their website and reviews. I was immediately impressed that Igor texted me with questions about the problem and to learn more about the particular model so he would be better able to service us when he arrived later that day.
Igor came at the time promised and was extremely honest in the assessment. AND he followed-up the next day.
Based on this experience, I would recommend Appliance USA and would contact them if any of our appliances needing servicing.

I had a great experience with Appliance Repair USA. Igor did an awesome job! He fixed the issue with my Samsung top load washer. He even looked at the issue with my dryer and fixed that as well. The price was reasonable.

So I messaged Appliance Repair today to take a look at my dryer and scheduled an appt for tomorrow morning. I received a text from Igor at Appliance Repair confirming the appt and mentioned that he was in my area and asked if I would like for him to swing by today, and I absolutely did. About 1 hour later Igor showed up and quickly took apart my dryer and figured out the problem. No parts required. I only had to pay for the visit and labor. This all took about 30 minutes. He was super friendly and well mannered. He gave me some tips on washer/dryer brands, as well as on refrigerator brands and maintenance and he was on his way. I’m definitely calling them again when one of my appliances needs maintenance or repair.

My old Kenmorecwasher was making noises. Igor, the repair man, came over and ran a bunch of cycles and said everything looked good, but if I heard the noise again to record it, take a picture of the cycle and he would come out and we would go from there. I love my old Kenmore washer so I would rather just repair that as opposed to getting a new one and he was really understanding about that. So, I recommend this appliance store Ivan, the owner, and technician Igor.

Igor fixed my washing machine that was not draining . He was competent, reliable and trustworthy. He understood we couldn’t wait too long to get our washer fixed and scheduled an appt to return as soon as the parts arrived. I really appreciated the urgency he took to handle our problem

The technician was very respectful of the space and quick. Was honest about the product and gave his opinion when needed. Gave helpful hints on how to prevent the issue in the future and demonstrated the product worked before he left. Labor for 1 hour seemed a little high but I have no clue how to do it and it was done the same day so I should stop complaining

it was one of the best appliance repair experience I ever had. I wanted to find someone local, after reading reviews I decided to call this company, I was surprised they were able to send a technician same day on Saturday. Technician Kevin called me 20 min before he arrived he were show covers (have newborn baby at home and I appreciate it) My ice maker in Kenmore fridge stopped working, and after inspection he diagnosed that's because my water filter was old, I was happy with such an easy repair, He had new water filter in his truck and two hours later I have Ice bin Full of ice!!!

PS My last repair with a different company was completely different. We had to wait 2 weeks to get your washer fixed and no one showed up eventually..
