Ivan responded to my mother's call within minutes and resolved her foundation questions within a day. I live out of state and could not help her with her challenges. Ivan handled her problems with the ethical approach that had me recommend her to call him in the first place. All is well.

We had a fairly large remodel project that included new foundation for a 3-story extension, plus cement patio with stairs, retaining wall, and front driveway. If anyone has gone through an extensive remodel, you know how stressful it can be. We were fortunate to use Diviney for this fairly large project.

Ivan, was so helpful in providing guidance in the decisions we needed to make, and was patient through it all - didn't feel rushed. He was very informative of all the options available to us, and when the work was finally done, it was better than what we expected.

We did have an issue about 6 months later when it rained really hard - we found that our new redwood fence that we put up over the retaining wall, leaked and stained the cement. We also had a puddle on our patio that wasn't draining. So I called Ivan to see what could be done, and he wasted no time in making it right.

Ivan is a perfectionist in what he does. If it's not perfect, he will make it right. I highly recommend Diviney Construction!

SERVPRO of Burlingame did a great job cleaning my apartment after water damaged my bathroom from the unit above. They were fast and easy to work with. They handled everything from start to finish Including the reconstruction in the bathroom. Hopefully I don’t need to call a restoration company ever again but if I had to I would call SERVPRO!

Luke was very polite and professional when they came by to help with water mitigation. We are still in the middle of the repair but as far as customer service goes for the work done thus far has been great.

Unreliable. If they tell you they have someone to do the repairs kindly decline and find your own contractor.

I had called around town after water intrusion during the Dec 2022 - Jan 2023 storm at my home. Some of the highly rated companies in town did not have anyone available for 3 weeks out. One came by, checked things out but NEVER bothered to send an estimate for demo work because it's too small potatoes for them. My home insurance agent recommended ServPro who were responsive, professional, and ON TIME to the T. Would highly recommend for residential/home issues!
