We had a water related issue in our home and Jonathan and 1 other technician came out and were pretty quick and clean in addressing the issue. Jonathan provided some good suggestions as well.

I called Servepro, and they sent out Mark Anthony and his team. They were professional, ensuring that all was clean and removing mold from water damage. Everything took two days. Great experience; I recommend their service.

This is a tough review. I hope that you never *have* to use Servpro, because that means something awful has happened in your life. If you do need to use a company for water damage, though, Servpro of Campbell are the kind of partner that you'll want to have. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Booked an Airbnb in CA, to no one's blame the toilet overflowed. The host immediately called these guys out, and they showed up within hours.
Their staff immediately got to work and were awesome and made the whole situation better, and made the whole situation better of the situation, where it could have been worse.

I cannot thank Servpro Campbell enough. I called them when my contractor didn't hook up my washing machine correctly and flooded my condo. The first project manager to come out (Chris) was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what I should do and why. After remediation, the second project manager that came out (Didn't catch his name) also did a fantastic and thorough job ensuring there was no more moisture present. Both project managers were very kind and respectful.

Servicemaster wanted $250 for the inspections and Servpro did them for free, even though I offered to pay. Thank you!

We called Servpro when we saw had a leak under our bathroom sink at our San Jose office. Ron and Will came out and inspected it for free and got everything dried out without us having to close up shop. Will recommend to anyone dealing with water damage!

I asked for an Hands-Off project and to be talked to when completely necessary due to my hiatic work life (+90 week), last thing I needed to was watch over someone's shoulders. What I got was exactly that I request, the project is 98% is done and the whole team have gone above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations. Going forward, I'm only going to be working with ServPro and will recommend them for anyone looking for a team that they can count on.

I called on ServPro of Campbell when my boss discovered a leak in his home fire sprinkler system. ServPro of Campbell sent Tee Ballin, Connie de Costa and William Smith the same day to assess the leak and determine if their was additional damage to the drywall and area surrounding. He found no additional damage and discovered the leak had just begun. He offered his recommendations for a fire sprinkler repair company, a drywall repair and also a painter to finish off the work. The follow up to the project and the overall concern that the additional vendors remained on task and budget provided such a relief to me in overseeing this work for my boss!

The entire experience with Servpro has been extremely positive. In particular Jon Ron was wonderful. He went above and beyond in helping us after the water damage.

From the moment that Ron and his team showed up (right on time) to the moment they were done, everything was handled professionally, timely, and with quality expediency. I was also kept in the loop about what needed to happen. All my questions were cheerfully answered. Each team that was sent out to do a specific job, did it expertly and courteously, and couteously answered any questions that I asked. This is the most responsive, professional company I have worked with in a long time. I haven’t seen service like this in years!
