We started the process of installing our solar panels and the electrician Theo Makakis arrived in time and was wonderful! Hard working, courteous, and kept us informed each step of the way. I highly recommend his work. We are hoping the rest of the installation is this quality!

Infinium did a great job of analyzing the uniqueness of how my panels and sub-panels are set up to determine the best, and most cost-effective setup for our home battery addition. Their staff are great and responsive.

I contacted this company for an estimate. It turned out that my property is not in their service area. In spite of this, Alvin took the time to explain the regional industry and sent a list of providers that work in our area.

I reached out to Infinium Solar Roofing and Electric to inquire whether they provided solar maintenance and spoke with Alvin. He was patient, helpful and very informative with. I truly appreciated his help!

Infinium did good work on my two SP installations. They had to do one warranty claim in a failed micro inverter 4 years after the original install and it was handled quickly and at no cost.

If whole house batteries ever come down in price I will likely use them to install three batteries.

The micro-inverters stopped reporting data (the solar system was functioning properly, though). I called Infinium tech support. Jiel Justo answered the call. She listened to my concerns and remotely checked the system. She promised to remotely troubleshoot the issue. By early afternoon, the reporting on the Enphase app was back on. Jiel followed up with a call (that I didn't take) and email to confirm that everything was back to normal. Great support experience and happy to benefit from the solar power during those sunny winter days.

I sent this exact message to you last September. Your only response was to ask for a review… This experience was absolutely terrible. I don’t think anyone cared there. Poor communication. We had to call you many times, because we never knew what was going on. It took a year and a half to complete the project, because you called the city only once a week, not reaching anyone, and didn’t work to get it taken care of. I was copied on the emails and you often didn’t do what the city told you to do causing delays. We are very disappointed. You showed up at our house many times without notice. One time you climbed our roof to unlock our back gate and left it unlocked when you left. We have a camera facing the gate and watched you do it and saw every time you were at our house and didn’t tell us you were coming. It was all very unprofessional. I asked to be notified when you were coming, but was not always notified. We need a battery to go with the system, but are afraid to use your company because of this awful experience.

I want to thank Jiel Justo for helping us determine that our EV charger was using our solar system, but was not hooked up to display the usage in our app. Infinium Solar sent an employee out to correct the issue on the next work day. Thank you Infinium for making sure everything is working properly

My system just got installed today and things went smooth. I was especially impressed with Ennar, Dilan, and the entire Infinium install crew. They were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard. My project wasn’t simple — installing solar on an old Victorian house with a super steep roof pitch.

They completed the entire install in just one day! We’re grateful for all their hard work!

Dimitri and Theo, put our solar system in. 2 1/2 days later we are up and running! They even gave us some useful tips in lowering our electricity to help save for the winter and not having to pull from the grid. We have two Autistic children and use so much electricity keeping them comfortable and content. Now when the power goes out for any reason we will be able to keep their iPads and AAC devices charged and going.They treated us and our home with respect and kindness. I can’t recommend this company and these two gentlemen enough! Thank you, Dimitri and Theo.

I worked with Alvin to get my micro inverters upgraded to IQ8, and the Combiner upgraded. Seamless scheduling, great crew and was completed on a Saturday morning before the end of the year. I will be talking to them about batteries next.

Alvin DeGuzman was extremely helpful when I called Infinium Solar Roofing and Electric for a small electrical job. Alvin DeGuzman explained to me that at this time, they couldn't take my job. However, to my surprise, he sent me a list of electricians in my area who handled that type of job. One of them fixed my problem and was excellent.

While Infinium could not help us, Alvin from Infinium was kind enough to do some research and send me info about companies that might be able to help our situation. The Infinium Solar team excels not only at installing solar panels but also at educating the community about them. My kids wanted to do their science project on solar panels, so I contacted Infinium Solar to ask if they could show them a solar panel, multi-meter, and other equipment. Jeff, Ambrish, Tavi, and Angelo welcomed us at the door and took my kids on a tour of their facility. Jeff even provided them with a solar panel to use for their experiment.

This was our first meeting with the team, and they were extraordinary. We are not Infinium solar customers. My kids became very excited about the project and ultimately won first and third place at their school's science fair competition. They learned a lot from this experience, and the amazing Infinium Solar team truly inspired them to explore solar energy further. As a parent, I am deeply moved by their kindness, generosity, and encouragement. You guys are the BEST!

Infinium Solar did an outstanding job on my solar project! From start to finish, the team—including Reuben (Service Tech), Nil Caguimbal (Project Administrator), Nader Barbari (Senior Sales Consultant), Dai Danh (Senior Project Manager), and Jiel Justo (Service Tech)—handled the design, permitting, and installation with incredible professionalism.

Even though I’m based in Sacramento, further from their headquarters, they made multiple trips (at no extra cost) to handle site visits, installation, setup, and service. I truly appreciated the flat pricing with no hidden fees or nickel-and-diming.

Infinium came highly recommended by my mother’s neighbor, an architect, who first referred them for my mother’s system. That installation went perfectly, so I trusted them for my own—and they exceeded expectations again. Their communication was clear, their price was competitive, and they worked seamlessly with SMUD (and PG&E for others) to ensure everything was permitted and running smoothly.

I was first introduced to Infinium at the Santa Clara County Home show. I had started researching solar companies about a month before and had signed a contract with another company. I had felt a lot of pressure from the sales person and was really feeling uncomfortable. We met Tavee at the home show and his knowledge was unmistakable. He was unlike any of the sales people we met before. After he came by we were immediately convinced we made a mistake and canceled with the other company and hired Infinium.

The service from Infinium has been Outstanding. Dai was amazing as the project manager and Our installers Ennar and Dillon were Awesome! They explained everything they were doing thoroughly, kept everything clean, and were completed in only 2 days! I was shocked this. The whole project from start to finish was 1 month and most of that was waiting for the city. I highly recommend Infinium Solar for your solar project.

I did quite a bit of research before choosing a solar company. I got multiple bids and talked with a number of charismatic individuals. It all started with AT. I think he was the only sales rep I spoke to who arrived in an electric car and actually had solar panels on his own house. He was extremely knowledgeable and had great answers to all my questions. While Infinium was not the least expensive bid I had, I truly believed they were my best option, and I’m happy to say I made the right choice.

Everything they quoted happened when they said it would and with no effort on my part. I also need to shout out Alejandro for being the most competent electrician I have ever met. I’m a curious person by nature, and Alejandro answered all of my questions with patience and absolute authority. Once the panels were installed, Alejandro and Rudy (also great) took time to hook everything up. Nothing wash rushed and they did everything the way it was supposed to be done.

I waited to post a review because I wanted the final inspection to be done, and I wanted to make sure I could review the entire process, not just the midway point. I should also give a big thanks to Ji, who picked up my calls more than a few times to help me out with things (I probably called to check in too much, but he was always great). There were some very minor issues (I was woken up early because of a scheduling mishap), but Infinium delivered in every meaningful way I could have hoped.

Infinium had excellent communication through the entire process (they always picked up the phone), they were consummate professionals through the entire process, and I simply cannot recommend them enough to anyone that will hear me gush about my wonderful experience. Oh, also, the independent research I did confirmed that the panels and batteries they use are the best that money can currently buy. Thank you to everyone at Infinium Solar!

Exceeded expectations. Our salesperson Jacob was informative, knowledgeable, and low-pressure. The pricing was very fair, and the work was completed quicker than was originally committed. Alejandro and Rudy did an outstanding job with the electrical work to integrate the solar production into my (complicated) existing electrical network. Very happy with the solar panel performance, Franklin battery, and Span Panel.
I urge you to talk to Infinium if Solar is something you’re considering!
