Approved Contractor did a great job for us installing fiber-cement siding on our home. The company was great to work with, the work was performed in a professional manner, the crew arrived on time each day -- and the end result exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Approved Contractor.

The project went extremely well, they were here on time and totally meet my expectations. Their workers are friendly and very respectful. My house looks very different, I have received many nice remarks. This company stands out for it's professionalism and quality of work. I would rehire them again if I needed anything else. The sales representative was honest and made sure we understood everything. I continue to get a thank you from the company even after the project was completed. Love their customer service.

Approved Contractors Inc., was great from start to finish. We had an initial meeting to discuss options; no pressure, just info and pricing. Steve and his installation crew was stellar. Installation was great. There was one very small sealing problem, that Steve came back later and resolved. Their office staff is super nice and they kept us informed of product shipment and installation dates.

We did a fair amount of research on window replacements and were shocked on the high price of Renewal by Anderson. We did however want composite windows and not vinyl due to thier thermal stability. We located Approved Contractors as a preferred Anderson installer and we're amazed with thier openness and product knowledge. On the advice of a local architect we selected the Anderson 100 Series windows and the Approved Contractors price was virtually one half of the Renewal By Anderson quote.

After signed our contract, measurements were actually and were perfect. Our windows, once fabricated and shipped by Anderson were installed in one day! The installation team was professional and wanted our total satisfaction. We highly recommend Approved Contractors.

The stucco repair and cool life paint that was done on my home looks beautiful. They were able to perfectly match my house color which I was worried about since I didn't want a color change. My only minus would be that when I requested to have a foreman stop by, no one came by the house. All other contract jobs I have had in the past I have gotten to talk to the foreman. Otherwise, this job was great. They were always on time and very communicative as to what was happening in the schedule. Highly recommend giving them a call and finding out how great the Cool Life paint is.

From my first interaction to my last with the Approved Contractor’s staff, I was treated with kindness and respect. Everyone from the front office to the people on-site were friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we were happy. I love the way my house looks now and the neighbors have many positive comments, too. I would highly recommend their services and I will definitely use them again for any painting needs.

Hired Approved Contractor to help fix stucco on one side of home. Ultimately requiring the whole house and attached patio to be painted as well. Quality of work was great. While there was a small snag when they accidentally nipped an external wire, it was reported immediately and they ensured to cover the repair. Workers were respectful and always on time. They also insured cleanup was done well. There were a few plants that caught some spray but minimal and nothing that as leaves or plant grows wont get trimmed anyway. The stucco work is amazing and mafe sure others ateas were also covered or addressed (small cracks, etc) We are very happy on how the overall house looks. We have received many compliments from neighbors. Would certianly hire again.

We got quotes from Approved Contractor (and a few other contractors) to re-side or repaint our house. Their quote was reasonable (not cheap, not expensive) and we ended up going with them - and we're so glad we did. We've used different contractors on different projects in the past, and with the exception of one plumber and one windows person, we've never been happy with the finished work or process.
However, with Approved Contractor the work was really well done - everything from communication with the office about scheduling and payment (shoutout to Kimberlee, Emely, and Maia - communication is much more important than a lot of contractors realize and they nailed it) to the initial preparatory work to the finish work (I might ding the cleanup a little - but that's being picky and unreasonable, because I don't know how you couldn't miss some the little paint flakes). So yeah, very happy.
Additionally, after the project was done we waited until it started to rain to see how everything held up - would the patch jobs hold, would the rain reveal any places missed? For the most part everything was great - but most importantly, when we asked if they could touch-up the very few issues they came out with no hesitation to do so. And them standing by it gives us so much confidence in the quality of the work.

We have a few more projects we're considering (some small, some big) and we will definitely approach Approved Contractor first when we make our plans.

Our stucco had been in bad shape, but we had been a bit reluctant to do anything about it. We weren’t ready to deal with the mess of having it replaced and the damage to the landscape. But we finally decided that we couldn’t put it off any longer.

We hired the team at Approved Contractor, Inc. for the installation of James Hardie Hardishingle in Brea, CA. They are one of just a few Elite installers of the product in Southern California. They also did some replacement of fascia while onsite. The team is terrific! Matt Loomis showed on time for the estimate and was detailed in the process. He followed up each inquiry and proactively provided their contractor's license, insurance, nearby references and certification documentation of their status with Jamie Hardie. We scheduled the project out and made a deposit. Pricing was competitive as we got four bids including one from another Elite installer. Come starting day and everyday on the job they showed up on time and ready for work. The crew and supervisor were friendly and communicated with us throughout the job. We are very happy with the finished project. The siding looks great!. They skipped no steps from removal of the old siding to adding new underlayment, water barrier and the siding itself. They broom cleaned each day and had a dumpster onsite and a portable restroom for their crew, especially with the pandemic underway. Their team wore masks while onsite and keep their distance when I was outside to look at the progress. Each time I have called their office, I get a live person on the phone and email is equally responded to. After the job, Kimberlee followed up to ensure our satisfaction and even sent some cookies to "sweeten the deal". Good company, professional work, responsive. Jared Green has a solid organization. We would hire them again and we will recommend them to others.

One of the reasons I chose Approved Contractors was because they gave a written estimate (I was surprised that other companies didn’t), but also because Jared emphasized the importance of taking care of his clients. We hired Approved Contractor, Inc to replace six windows damaged in the Palisades Fire. We met with Tomas to discuss our needs. We were updated on the anticipated delivery date and they show up on time. The windows were installed in one day. They did a terrific job.

Our experience using Approved Contractor, Inc. was very positive through the entire process. Getting the bid and working through that was smooth. Once the project stated it ran as expected with good communication between us and the job manager Marcos. Marcos was very supported and he and his team always put the effort in to make the project as best it could be. They took the time each day to ensure they didn't leave the site a mess and checked for nails in the driveway so no tire damage would take place. In the end the Siding and Painting turned out beautiful and we get tons of compliments from our neighbors and friends and many say it looks like a a whole new house! A testament to a job well done!.

Would hire again. They did extensive stucco repair work, painting, new windows which made for an amazing house transformation! Professionally run company, and the office always replies whether phone or email promptly. I liked having one person coordinate all the work. My stucco damage was more extensive than initial bid. Justin was willing to work with me on the cost. The window folks and Marcos with his crew for stucco and paint were great and very hard workers. This company takes pride in their work and outcome and want a happy customer.

Excellent company. All the construction workers are very skilled and were great to work with. We had new windows installed and old siding replaced. The quality of the work is outstanding. Highly recommend this company who uses excellent products like American made Anlin Windows and the highest grade siding. They offer painting too and that will be our next project.
