Horrible business owner i am a new home owner and was looking for information about oak trees because the realter told me to confirm what permits I need. This business owner was rude, greedy and completely unprofessional. They wanted to nickle and dime every answer and pushy to pay them to check the land without being able to answer anything I asked. In the end this business owner hung up on me!? They didn't want to help was willing to throw away business, I wouldnt be surprised if this company goes bankrupt. There are far better services in the area. BTW the next contact list on Google was able to answer my questions for free. I will be doing business with them, don't give these people your business.

I had these guys come out and strip all the old paint from the eves of my house.
The job was done as they said. When they were done the wood looked brand new
and was ready for paint.

Very happy with these guys! The sandblasted my entry gate to the backyard. And even though they told me that the epoxy paint I chose might gum up the small security holes in the gate, I authorized them to move forward. It it looked awful; though clearly my fault for having made the choice. But what did they do? Took the gate down and back to their shop. Re-sandblasted it and painted it perfectly. NO increase in price. That is quality customer service! Thanks, guys!

Very professional company. Affordable price and friendly staff. Took my frame, body, and panels to get blasted. Took them right down to bare metal. These guys pay attention to detail and did an incredible job. Very happy that Danny and his guys hooked me up with exceptional service. For any of your blasting needs, these are the guys you want.

I’ll start with the good. The work Ray and his partner did was great. They were attentive to detail and made sure I was happy. The outcome was what was expected for the blasting. They also did a pretty good job sweeping and cleaning the mess in the direct area.

When I called, I setup an appointment weeks in advance. They wanted to come sooner, but I couldn’t accommodate. fast forward a week late after calling to confirm our appointment and date twice, I get a text message the day before stating they might have to move the date to accommodate a larger customer. I outline my frustration and they honored the date we set. Keep in mind, I was quoted $800 to show up and that included 2hrs of work. And I should expect 1200-2000 for the full job. I offered to pay cash.

The day before they requested to be able to park their trailer at our place and we gladly said yes. We had the space and it wasn’t an issue, but we ended up waiting 4hrs beyond their arrival time to make sure they got in and could drop the trailer off. Slight delay to our evening but, who cares right...

They arrived at 8:00AM got setup and started blasting at 8:45AM. They quickly chewed into the 2 hrs took a lunch and spent an addition 5.25hrs completing the project. I figured that put me at the $1,500-2k mark. Oh how I was wrong... after they had completed the work they said if we cleaned up the car that would save me some money, so I gladly obliged. Not knowing the final price yet. They came back after talking to their boss and gave me a price of $2,500 and that was without cleaning up the car....

$2,500 to media blast the car and the car didn’t even get cleaned up by them. At least they gave us more rust inhibitors to reapply.

I feel I was a bit taken advantage of here and highly suggest spelling out the costs and the hourly rate ahead of time. Never once was I told their was an extra fee for the weekend. They did $800 + $300 for the base cost and than charged me what they did.

While the work is good, I’ll spend my money else where next project.

This company is top notch in every way. I have owned many a home, have dealt with many contractors and service companies over the years. These guys are on the top of my list. Had an unusual problem with leaking flashings. Everyone said it could not be fixed. Roy and his wonderful crew did the job. Erica in the office is also great to deal with. Highly recommend.

I had a need for a new gutter on a very old metal roof that was a hard issue. Some people told me it could not be fixed but I contacted Roy at M&M Sheet Metal after checking their reviews. He gave me a very reasonable estimate with good turnaround time. I went with them and this winter the gutter has worked great. Their work is outstanding and Erica in the office is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Roy and his company.

Live in friendly Valley. contracted out to refurbish community pool. Stated work to be done by mid May. Now mid July still not done . Lots of excuses

Pro-Pools & Spa, Inc. Is by far the best pool company I have come across in Santa Clarita Valley. The owner Faby is very knowledgeable in pool service, pool renovations, and repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone whether you are a first time pool owner or have given up on pool companies due to their lack of attention to your Pool, this company takes care of you like family!

We had so much water standing around the pool area by the spa. I called Pro-Pools to see if they could help fix this issue. Faby came out the next day to assess the problem and sent someone right away to check the spa jets to see if they were leaking. Once this was eliminated, he went above and beyond asking an irrigation specialist to come out and check the system. Outstanding service! I would highly recommend Pro-Pools and Spa.

Absolutely Outstanding Service...
I had an issue with my pool pump not working correctly. I called Pro Pool and spoke with Faby the owner. Faby would assist me over the phone to try to resolve the problem. Faby narrowed it down to an electrical problem which is one subject I lack knowledge.
Faby came out to my house the next morning just to look at it for no charge. He found the problem in 10 minutes and fixed it. I asked him how much do I owed him and he didn’t want to charge me, although I did pay him.
I highly recommend Pro-Pool and Spa for their professionalism, knowledge, integrity and honesty.

Everyone on the team is super nice and does excellent work, even in challenging circumstances. Faby has helped us with a new heater, some concrete work and a grill install/gas line fix. I appreciate how understanding they were of our situation as new homeowners. Unbeatable prices as well so far. Five stars and hope to work with again.

Our pool facility is huge! One of a kind! The size of four residential swimming pools. It was a complete remodel - makeover and then some.

The pool facility, built in 1963 was aged and in desperate need of repair. Every component of the pool needed to be remodeled and replaced. Demolition, excavation, Electrical, plumbing, filtration, lighting, all new equipment, pool resurfacing, decking and more.

Pro Pools, Fabi and his crew have truly come through for our community during a post pandemic material shortage, and employee staffing shortage environment. And our pool was in sad shape! Not anymore, thanks to Pro Pools.

We broke ground in December 2021. It is now July 9th, 2022 and the pool facility project is coming to a close in a couple of weeks. 7.5 months for this enormous project and huge undertaking.

We are so grateful to Pro Pools and will continue to entrust the care of our beautiful pool facility to Fabi and his team!
