My A/C broke down yesterday evening and I left Cal Kool a message on the answering machine. They contacted me the next morning and was at my door by 8am. The lady on the phone was very helpful and knowledgable and the service man Ron had found the problem and replaced the part in less than an hour. The charge was very reasonable. I am recommending them to all my family and friends.

We have been working with Cal-Kool for over 15 years. I have used them to install on new construction homes and even on my personal home. They have great prices and really go the extra mile. If you need a brand new AC unit, they are the one to call. Local, family owned and operated, reliable.

We got a new AC installed from them in our new house. When it got hot a few weeks later, we noticed that the AC does not work (due to lower temps we had no need to turn it on earlier). Therefore, we called them and they checked it out quickly and left without an attempt to help us. Our little dog and we suffer from the high temperatures in the house, BUT they do not care, as they will not replace the condenser under warranty. They claim that we caused a damage to the condenser and not their technicians during the install. But the coils behind the grill are damaged, and the grill is not even scratched……..Very shady business practice and we cannot recommend them at all. They did a lousy job installing the unit and do not stand behind their work. Stay away and call someone else……….

Cal-Kool Air Conditioning & Heating recently came to our rescue in the middle of a heat wave! We had just returned from vacation only to find our air conditioner had completely stopped and wouldn't restart. We called Cal-Kool immediately, however they couldn't come out for two days due to previous commitments, so REGRETFULLY we called another local A/C company. Five days and three visits later it still wasn't fixed!! SO we reached out again to Debbie at Cal-Kool who was able send her crew the next day. They looked at what the first repair company had done, pulled out two newly installed parts which we had paid for, and replaced them with the correct component. The A/C system instantly worked perfectly and is still keeping us cool and happy!
Cal-Kool is the Best as far as we are concerned with an extremely knowledgeable and efficient staff. We will never use any other A/C company regardless of the wait time. It's worth it!

Like the other review we were directed by our home warranty company to use them. The first attempt they never called and the second time they called, but I miss their call. When I tried to call back the voicemail was always full and they never answered.
