Had a conversation with Tony where he spoke about his work on luxury homes and how a house of my size would be an easy job. After he checked out the address on Google maps he quoted me on top and bottom floor exterior windows which sounded good. He attempted to upsell me on a truck wash and a full house wash which I at first considered, then later declined.

He drove by my house an hour before the appointment and sent a text message saying he was declining the job “respectfully”.

Not sure what to think of the guy. Seems to overcommit and underdeliver.

We were renting a luxury home in the Carmel are and needed help cleaning up after a couple of pet accidents. Tony was so responsive and did such an amazing job for us. I recommend him highly.

Called Toni and he came to our place within 30 mins to look at our coffee stain on our area rug. We quickly found that he knows what he is doing and was very fair and kind through out the entire visit. He inspected the carpet and knew exactly what the problem was and then quickly pulled in some hoses to clean it. He even offered to come back the following day to rinse the carpet. Really great guy! Would highly recommend.

The owner Tony asked to pay him $250 in advance for cleaning 300 QFt carpet promising that he would make it look nice. Unfortunately the stains were still there after the cleaning. When I addressed this problem he explained that poor quality service matches "just $250" price. After long debates he agreed to re do the cleaning for extra $150. He did a great job finally. So, I won't advise you to pay in advance to get more control under the quality of his service.

I called tony at 7:30 a.m on Martin Luther king jr day and he picked up right away and came to our airbnb house at 8:15 a.m and helped us get rid of our dogs pee stains on our carpet . We had 9 pee stains and he got rid of all of them in 1 hour. HE IS SUCH A LIFE SAVER!!! thank god for Tony . I highly recommend Tony if you have any accidents or spills on your carpet. Whatever he does is magic! - Tony charges a lot for his service but he does the job so it was worth it especially under short notice. Gotta pay people right for there time and service! Thanks again.

My carpets are sparkling thanks to Tony from on the spot! You can tell that he is an incredibly hard worker and cares about what he does! Not only was he on time, he completed the job very quickly without cutting corners on quality. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and will use his services again.

Happy repeat customer here, celebrating—and that’s the right word in a multi-cat household—another excellent house call from Busy Bee. The critters and I really appreciate that Michael and Pim avoid industrial chemicals—and methods. No hoses = no damage to walls or stairs. My area rugs always come back in fine shape, and the way my inherited, upholstered (!) dining room chairs cleaned up ALMOST makes me want to cook and invite people over. I will definitely be calling Busy Bee again!

Absolutely amazing. Really courteous and professional. They cleaned our sleeper sofa, two upholstered chairs and an armchair, and they no kidding look like new!
