I made a appointment for 3/5/23 a MONTH and a half beforehand to clean my vinyl flooring. The week prior I called to confirm my appointment, the woman who answered said she couldn’t find my appointment and I booked with another company. Okay. I booked with United because I remember writing the name in my calendar. I called other places to be sure and finally called United back. The same woman answered and asked my address. I think I already gave it to you with my name the first time. She said she looked it up but obviously she didn’t because the second time around she FOUND my appointment. Lol
The day of, today, my scheduled appointment was from 12-2pm. The SAME woman called at 11:33am to say, we dont have a technician for wood flooring. Huh? Do you mean vinyl flooring 😠? Wow. Then goes on to say, we dont know when we will have another technician available. So I say, “I just moved all my furniture for nothing?”
Pretty much, yep. No apologies, nothing. Chipper as ever she says, Have a great day. And hangs up.
