Punctual, reliable, and accommodating

Made a call to this company to in hopes in getting assistance with Grease trap installation on 3 restaurants. The gentlemen on the phone had no clue on how to explain the difference between grease trap vs. grease interceptor. He sound confused maybe smoked to much pot......

I was very impressed that they were able to assist me within an hour after the call on a Saturday. David was very professional and helpful with assisting me cleaning my grease trap.

Never really know what this thing looks like inside until now. When David initially opened the trap it was completely full of grease. David completely pumped out all of the waste inside making it look new again.

I would recommend these guys 100%.

Used these guys at my old job and been very satisfied with their service. Humberto is very honest and will make sure that you’re always satisfied with the service you are getting. So far my new staff are loving these guys cause they do not let our used cooking oil container get full and when we call they are usually their the same day latest the next morning. I highly suggest the for all restaurants especially for grease collection and pumping of grease traps.

I can't speak to the quality of their service, but I did watch one of their trucks as they cut someone off and then Ran a red light. It was a metered on ramp light, but still. Super rude driver. You have your company's logo on your truck and Anyone that sees you driving like that is going to have a bad opinion of the entire company...just sayin'.

Mike did a great job changing our water heater to a tankless water heater. He’s very knowledgeable and professional AMD did the work in a timely manner.

Awesome plumbing company. They are prompt and show up at the appointment time you schedule. They are fast, clean and honest. They always are the plumbers my parents call and they even listen to my 88 year old dad who talks their ears off. So they are good listeners too and at no extra charge.

Mike did a great job. He replaced our aging tankless water heater and re-routed a gas line. His price was very fair. He did the work quickly and for his estimated price. The new installation looks beautiful.

I am really impressed with Mike West. He arrived on-time, was courteous, and professional. He was able to figure out the numerous issues with my tankless water heater and spent time explaining the possible problems. After he flushed the water heater, it functioned like new. Mike West did a great job installing our tankless water heater and circulating pump. He gave us a quote which was very reasonable especially compared to quotes we got from his competitors. He stuck to the quote and the system works great. The TACOGenie pump enables us to have hot water instantly in our master bath. With the old tank water, it would take a couple of minutes for hot water to reach the shower. I would absolutely recommend West Plumbing to anyone wanting to install a tankless water heater system!
