David the technician is great. He's professional and very thorough. He explains everything to you on what he did and even shows you. We've been using APCO for the past 2 years on our appliances and AC and I HIGHLY recommend them.

My refrigerator is working fine, but the ice maker switch was broken. I've used Apco often enough for various repairs that I know the woman who answers the phone. Actually, this is a mother-son (plus others) business. Dave always tries to isolate the actual component that isn't working - the switch - where Sears or the other big repair services would want to replace the entire icemaker. He's nice and easy-going, while being professional. I'm not a person who makes many recommendations, but I've told a number of friends about Apco. And now I'm telling you. You won't regret using this company for your repairs.

today is feb 6th 2020 and since november of 2019 they haven't completed my ac replacement work, they will come at their lease one day then will disappear now they have collected more then 80% of contract money they won't even come or response it is getting very frustrating...

My AC Guy did a routine Maintenance on my heating and air condition and the service was excellent. The price was extremely fair.

Beware. Excellent job setting up our mini split AC unit but it stopped working 4 months after intallation. I called several times and after telling him our issue he said he was too busy to stop by and fix it. It's been two weeks since he told us that and I tried calling today and no answer.

We had worked with Ruddy about two years ago and we had no trouble with the work so we decided to call him again. He worked the first day and we paid one third of the amount due. He then asked for more money after the second day. He hadn’t finished much more but stated he would return the next day with help to finish. Since we believed we could trust him, we paid him another third of what was due. The next day he didn’t show up and wouldn’t answer his phone. After multiple calls and messages, he said he would return the following week. Again, no show, and didn’t answer our calls. He finally responded, said for sure we could expect him on Tuesday. He didn’t show up and his phone was off all day. It is now Wednesday night and no response from him. We’ve accepted that he robbed us and now we have to pay someone else for a complete install. We hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, which is why he had to write this review.

My husband and I are thoroughly satisfied with the service provided to us by Mr. Ruddy Brown and his team. Mr. Brown we found to be honest (which is rare today anywhere particularly in business) fair, and reasonable, courteous, professional, kind, and friendly.
They completed the job in a timely manner and left everything cleaner than before they started the project.
I would highly recommend My AC Guy for any A.C. or Heating issues you may have.

WARNING - My AC Guy is more like High Robbery Guy!! ! Ruddy Brown will take your money and you will never see him again. I paid him over $3,500 to install 2 units for my offices. He removed my old unit, I paid him the down payment and never saw him again. He contractor's license is suspended for failure to comply with an outstanding civil judgement. Shame on me for not checking before I hired him. Don't let this happen to you. Be Aware of the name RUDDY BROWN!!!!
