Great company. It differs from franchise to franchise in quality of service but this one in particular did a great job with my flooded bathroom and was very prompt addressing my issue with my bathroom.

Servpro was very good about getting all of our work done and walking us thru the step of each and ever process.

THIS IS THE WORST SERVPRO AND INCONSIDERATE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!!! THEY NEED NEGATIVE STARS!!!! KEPT 2 FAMILIES ON HOLD FOR OVER ONE MONTH WHEN THEY OVER COMMITTED TO A JOB THEY COULD NOT PERFORM. THE SLOWEST REPSONSE TIME AND THEY WANT HIGH PAY AND LOW QUALITY WORK!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY!! MY CLIENTS WERE GETTING EVICTED WHILE SERVPRO TOOK THEIR SWEET TIME AND ACTUALLY NEVER FINISHED THE JOB!!!! NO SENSE OF MORALS!!!

Servpro was truly great. I had a flood in my house and they got there very quickly and resolved the issue. I highly recommend them for your issues.

This is the worst company. They came to my house when it flooded and just trashed it. They left things outside and it rained and they got ruined. Then they didn't block up the rest of the house and all the dust got everywhere. Then when it came down to paying them my insurance said they would handle everything. Yet servpro called me and harassed me and they were so rude! This has to be the worst company. If your house needs work from an insurance claim go somewhere else!!!

Servpro of Corona provides a great service experience! They take care of fire, water, and mold damage. Very friendly team who truly cares about you.

Needed to have my insulation removed and replaced as a result of nearby wildfires. Contacted Servpro of Corona and glad I did. His crew showed up when scheduled and on time. Very few contractors do that anymore. Also very impressed with their work. They contained any messes made and cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommend them for any remodel or restoration work.
