Fantastic electricians with excellent work ethics, very fair prices (the lowest among the bids I found, yet their service is beyond exceptional), professional knowledge, and they are very kind and patient. I would definitely go to Ben and Alfred for any future electrical jobs. Alfred came and helped me change my CFL ceiling lights to LED lights, and he caught and troubleshoot the breaker tripping in my electricity box while upgrading to smart switches. He solved a very complex problem that the previous general contractor had messed up ( a potential hazard!!!), while very patiently explaining every step. I learned so much! He was a pleasant person, dedicated, and displayed great intelligence in troubleshooting bit by bit. I could tell that he loves his job, and he constantly assured me that he wouldn't leave without solving the issue. I am very happy with everything working out greatly and he found a faulty wiring in my house. Additionally, Ben was also very helpful and patient in explaining the procedures needed to switch my CFL ceiling light to LED lights over the phone. I am glad that I made a good choice by going with them. Strongly recommend!

We had a problem in our upstairs bathroom. When I called someone picked up right away. Appointment was scheduled quickly. Alfred showed up on time and was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and makes people feel comfortable. I highly recommend Big Ben Electric. Prices are reasonable and the job gets done professionally. If I have issues in the future I will call Big Ben Electric.

Big Ben Electric were amazing! I called and Alfred was able to come out right away. My wall sockets were not working and Alfred was very thorough in figuring out what was the matter and fixed the problem. He fixed the problem for $250 which is a good price in comparison to Powell Electric who tried to scam me out of $2990 for the same thing. I would absolutely recommend Big Ben for all of your electrical needs. It is owned by two brothers who obviously care very much about their business integrity and their customers.

Very professional, excellent work, friendly service and competitive prices. I’m very happy with the work done in my house. They did all the electrical for my new house. 3,500 sq. Ft home. I highly recommend this company.
