Tom and his crew came out on a really tight schedule and re surfaces our floors in the time it took us to move our stuff from New Jersey to california. Finished product came out awesome and Tom was always available for a phone call to make sure that we knew exactly what was happening and to answer any of our questions along the way. I have been working with Tom for about a decade and the work provided over the years has always been excellent and pricing fair. They have refinished wood floors, repaired and maintained our natural stone and treated carpet/upholstery. They even managed to remove a dark 'hand print' from the natural stone shower bench when a tenant left a glove covered in hair-dye. We were truly impressed and feel fortunate to have Tom and his teams available to us. And we look forward to continuing to have Tom keeping our house in tiptop shape.
