Good work, kept area clean as possible, very polite guys. I actually enjoyed them. I forgot all about my mess while they were here!

BUYER BEWARE. Everything about Servicemaster by Levi was a disaster for us. They assisted our homeowners insurance with a property claim by moving our household goods from our small condo to local storage then back home again (they charged our insurance almost $12,000 for this simple local move!) A lot of our furniture was damaged and some of our home furnishings were lost or destroyed. We have been trying for two months to get them to pay for the damages and provide repairs accordingly. They constantly brush us off, set appointments they do not keep, and basically ignore us. Even though we have involved Servicemaster corporate offices to assist with our claim against Servicemaster by Levi no real progress has been made. They promise to return calls and respond to emails but they do not do so. They have just left us hanging for almost $4000 in damages. We feel we may ultimately have no choice but to take them to small claims court to resolve the issue. We would never recommend them to anyone.

The individuals who came out were very nice but could not answer basic questions. The customer service rep was consistently rude and unprofessional.

We just wanted to confirm if our roof was still leaking before doing internal demo. They just wanted to demo right away, even though we'd be in the exact same position if there was still a roof leak.

Called service master after returning to our home on Tuesday after the fires hit our neighborhood. We were getting headaches and my sons asthma was acting up. We called and spoke with Autumn and Karen in the office who were extremely nice and accommodating with getting us scheduled immediately. Cleveland came out to inspect and was super efficient! Really nice and easy to work with all around. The cleaning crew that came to do inside of my home today was so wonderful. We still have the outside to do and soft goods but I can highly recommend this company for your needs!

I had a fire sprinkler leak in my ceiling and did water damage in the ceiling down the wall.Service master Came in and found the problem did the demolition then repaired damage. They took care of everything and if there was anything that I was not quite happy about they did everything to make sure that it was done to my satisfaction. There Was an item that they could not buy to replace the original piece so they replace the actual item. The crew was very hard working friendly and did the best they could possibly do to make everything acceptable to my satisfaction. I would recommend this service for any type of home repair or restoration. When the work was completet they sent a cleaning crew in that did a very good job at cleaning up after all the work was complete.

The entire experience working with ServiceMaster was terrible. They scheduled for a 9am appointment on Friday 9/19/25 but never showed up and never called to communicate issues or delays. At 1pm (4 hours after the appointment) I called them to find out what happened, at which point they were very apologetic and asked to come on Saturday 9/20/25 at 9am. They never showed up on Saturday either! I called them again at 11am and spoke to Levi, who promised to find out where his technicians were and call me back in a half hour. He never called back. Throughout the entire process I heard "We will find out and call you back" 20 times, and they never called me back. I had to reach out to them each time. That's really frustrating when you're dealing with water damage and are scheduling time off from work to be home for the repairs. I ended up hiring a different company who showed up within an hour, was very professional, and much easier to work with. I highly suggest you avoid ServiceMaster.
