LCR construction company replaced my bathroom in 2023. I look forward to using them again and highly recommend them. . They had a crew report to my house at 8 am every single morning on time and every day. Once they committed to the job there were no distractions. When anything additionally was needed they could handle it all. Plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling. No subs. I had some minor issues several weeks later that they immediately attended to. I high recommend.

Luciano and his team were very friendly and efficient. Luciano told me that the project wouldn’t take more than 3 months, and his team met the deadline with precision. If you need a remodel give Luciano a call, you won’t regret it.

Luciano and his crew were saviors. I needed to get a project for a client done on a tight timeline. Luciano was able to accommodate the last-minute project and we got started right away. His crew is wonderful. On time, polite, respectful and good, diligent workers. When more work to be done was uncovered, Luciano gave us a quick turnaround for a cost for the additional work so I could get it approved and we were able to finish all of the work on time. His rates are very fair, especially for the high quality of work, and I would recommend him any time.

Luciano & his crew did an excellent job restoring the exterior of our house! They removed all the dryrot, restored all the pieces that were damaged, and even managed to source some really rare parts to maintain the exterior. In addition, when they needed to outsource something, Luciano himself was very good about getting a quality deal for a good price. I'm recommending him to everyone I know who needs work done on their homes & I would absolutely hire him again!

We had a surprise water damage project that required the majority of the front wall of our house to be replaced. We found Luciano through some google research and reached out. He and his crew were all that I was hoping to find - honest, on time, and performed quality work. Luciano was very responsive with communication, and keeping us up to date on what was happening, as well was very competitive with the cost for the project. Luciano and his team at LCR Construction did an amazing job creating a beautiful, graded, concrete walkway between our neighbor's home and our home. It was just dirt before, and is now an attractive and durable walkway that also efficiently directs water runoff (during rain storms) away from our houses and down to the street gutter. Luciano and his team have executed multiple projects at our home over the past 7 years and their work is always high quality.

Luciano and the LCR Construction crew did an incredible job on our project. Getting a quote was very fast, and we were quickly able to schedule the work which really helped our calendars! Luciano was super responsive to all questions before, during and after the job.

When the demo for our project unexpectedly revealed old, extensive, water damage that we had no choice but to repair, Luciano was able to scale up to finish the job. He professionally advocated for us as we navigated the permit process, worked easily with our structural engineer, and was quick and clear in his communication with us as the project evolved. The crew was on time every day and worked hard. They were respectful and cleaned up the job site nicely at the end of each day. We will use LCR Construction again for projects in the future.
