I called late in the day on a Saturday with my air conditioning out when I was 110° outside and, they were able to send two technicians by and repair my air conditioner at a very reasonable price. They’re professional and knowledgeable with the equipment and did an excellent job and servicing my air conditioner. I will be using them again and I will be highly recommending this company to anyone I run across two needs an HVAC company. You have my deepest appreciation.

Had to replace our heater which went down on Dec 27th under a home warranty. First contractor backed out after 2 weeks because of Covid issues in his shop, and Warranty Co contacted Comfort Control. Got an appointment the next day. Service man said the heater and evaporator coil needed to be replaced, big job. A couple days went by with no further conversation so I called and spoke to Kelly. I told her that I just wanted to understand the process and what to expect going forward. She did an excellent job of walking me through what was going to happen and said to feel free to check in to get an update. When I did, I got excellent feedback as to where we were in the replacement continuum and good estimates of timing for the next step.
Finally, 48 days later, all was ready and an install date set.
The day of install Caleb and crew arrived on time and proceeded with the replacement. He was very efficient and courteous, explained what was going to happen, let us know of unexpected noises in advance, laid out drop cloths, vacuumed up after, and alerted us of what to expect when the new heater was finally fired up. He also noticed daylight around the exhaust flue and it sealed up.
Our condensing unit is the same age as our heater was and we know it's days are numbered. Caleb gave us recommendations for replacing it with the most efficient unit type.
We are very pleased with how the replacement went, and will be contacting Comfort Control when our AC condenser finally dies.

We are so thankful for Cherry and Cecil with Comfort Control. We're renting this house and the owner who bought the house was told by the previous owner that the AC was like only a year and a half old when he purchased it and that was about right from the label on the air handler. Our condenser/compressor was working yesterday but when the temps however hit 107 the compressor stopped coming on and the house gradually kept getting hotter and hotter and was rough trying to get some sleep. I left a message at 1 in the morning first with Comfort Control who has serviced the air handler before and had a sticker on it, and I've been calling all different companies today frantically today finding one after another as busy as every other one. Cherry called to let me know Cecil would already be near my area and he would come by after that customer. She called me again when he was five minutes out and he was right on time. Cecil is a great guy we were instantly cracking jokes and he was explaining to me what he was doing. He quickly replaced our dual run cap, and added a starter booster which I was amazed at how quickly the compressor now comes on instead of two minutes after the fan like it used to. We called the owner with the bill and signed paperwork and was all done in about 15 minutes after we checked to make sure the whole house was getting cool air again. Will definitely be calling Cecil back if we need any other repairs and when the season changes for preventative checkups. Thank you soooo much Cecil and Cherry!! You have made our home comfortable again. I hope all your visits today and throughout this hot summer go as smoothly! 😁♥️

A/C decided to go on the fritz during a hot Saturday. I had a feeling it was the capacitor as I had to replace it a few years back. I struggled to find anyone local that would sell just the capacitor without a service visit. The owner Cecil returned my call and offered to meet me at his shop on his way home. Such a nice guy and total professional. I look forward to working with them more in the future and recommend them to my friends/family.

My central Heat system broke down during a cold weekend in early January. On a Sunday morning I tried googling and calling many HVAC repair companies, most did not answer their phone. I was able to get ahold of Cecil with Comfort Control, and he was able to get out to my house that afternoon and quickly/cheaply find and resolve the issue (a safety switch in the Gas heat unit in the attic had broken down). He not only fixed the issue quickly, but was able to explain it to me in simple terms. I have a somewhat complex Dual-fuel HVAC system, but Cecil had solid expertise about it, and he was very professional and friendly. My house was nice and toasty again within a few hours. From now on, Cecil and Comfort Control are my go to team for anything HVAC related. Great guy, great availability, trustworthy, and reasonably priced.

Needed help quickly when our AC failed before a long hot holiday weekend. Comfort control was able to come out and get it fixed for us right away, which we greatly appreciated.

About a month later, we had another problem with our AC unit, which was difficult to diagnose. They stuck with it and eventually called the experts to get it figured out and fixed.

My heat went out. Called Comfort Control and they provided me options on a furnace replacement. Came out the next day and installed a new. Was very impressed with there professionalism and promptness.

I was able to meet some of the best people at Comfort Control, we needed to upgrade our old heating and air conditioning unit and it was so easy dealing with them. We were able to pick out a unit and financing with no problem, the unit was installed quickly and professionally by some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I've met. I have been working with Comfort Control Heating Air Conditionng for over 5 years. I had an old unit and just had to replace it. I have never had better service and dedicated craftmanship than with this company.
The two installers that came to my home, Bennett and Dave were amazing. They were clean and thorough and very courteous. They worked tirelessly to get the unit installed in just one day since I had been without heat for over a week.
The owner, Cecil was exceptional as well and made sure everything went smoothly. The office staff has always be very helpful as well. I will always recommend their services.

Great company! Very knowledgeable and honest! Came home to my house at 88°F and a blown fuse do to my dog shorting the low voltage wiring! Not only did they answer right away on a busy Labor day weekend, but he gave me instructions on how to fix it myself if I wanted to! Ac is now working and I will be keeping Comfort Control as my go to!

Benton and David were great installers. The were very conscientious about protecting floors and furnishings from dust and dirt during the inside work. They even removed all reattach and tools as they completed the each phase When they left each day all was clean and ready for the next day. Friendly and polite during the project. They were easy to work with, very professional in thei work ethic as well.

I just had a new heating & air conditioning system installed by Comfort Control and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Their entire team was friendly, extremely knowledgable and professional. I also particularly appreciated the fact that they kept me updated and well informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

This review deals only with my sales experience and the installation team. First, let me say their sales representative Dan was extremely knowledgeable and educated me throughout my purchase process. My ultimate decision to purchase a Bosch Inverter Heat Pump was based on Dan's guidance and education on these systems. Before I met Dan, I had never heard of a Bosch Heat Pump.

The installation team made up of Bennett (Team Leader) and David were a little taken back when I invited them to sit down and go over my check list of what was to be covered during the installation. Once that was completed, I gave them a tour of the house and showed them where to old Trane HVAC was located on the roof. Three days later they had completed replacing all ductwork and installed the new Bosch Inverter Heat Pump on my roof. These country gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I enjoyed having them as my guests for the three days they were here.

If this Bosch System is as good as I've been convinced it should be, I will be back in the future to let you all know.

My 33 year old Furnace went out in the extreme cold of winter and right during Christmas! Thankfully, my home warranty company sent Comfort Control. I’ve heard nightmare stories but not with this company! The experience was exceptional from the very beginning. They gave me a fast appointment and since I just recently got out of the hospital with pneumonia, they expedited the report to the insurance, they called regularly to check the status and they even went the extra mile to pick up the furnace and get it installed the same day….All this happened within a very short 6 days from the original appointment day which is unbelievable based on what I have heard from others with home warranty companies! I went ahead and had them replace my entire system including duct work and the outdated AC! The cost was very reasonable and the guys who came to my home were very professional, very respectful and very knowledgeable! EVERYONE at this company went above and beyond to help me! From Maureen, Cherry, Allen, Dave and both Chris’s! The owner Cecil was super friendly and very informative!

Allen was the primary tech and he worked very hard to fix my airflow issues so I now have great airflow downstairs! He like everyone at this company went above and beyond and I’m absolutely thankful and feel so blessed to have been assigned this company! You can’t go wrong with them and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs an honest, reliable and reputable company!

I was 100% Happy with the service I received. They went out of there way to help me when my Father just got out of the Hospital and our Hot water heater went out and it needed replaced. Then they found a major problem with our breaker panel.( could have burned our house down ) They went out of there way and there whole crew stepped it up and repaired everything that day. Thank you again. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The installation of our heat pump went smoothly - over two days. So far everything seems fine.

My elderly mother's AC went out right before triple digit heat hit our area. The first company just wasted our time and then bowed out saying her system wasn't their area of expertise. We were going through our home warranty company and they quickly assigned the job to Comfort Control. I had low expectations after dealing with many incompetent AC companies in the past. I was pleasantly surprised when I first spoke to Haley. She assured me that they would do their best to get things done for my mother asap. They said that together we could create a sense of urgency for the home warranty company. I stayed on the home warranty company to do their part after Haley sent out a technician to assess what needed to be done. They were quick, thorough and professional getting the report to the home warranty company quickly. At one point, Haley even offered to call them herself to get a status update. Luckily, the home warranty company finally approved the repair and Haley scheduled the next available technician to do the repair. She was in constant contact with me, always personable and eager to provide great customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Control Heating and Air to my friends and family.

Responded quickly and were concerned with the fact I was without heat. I felt safe with the technician in my home and not uncomfortable at all.
