This owner is crooked and a thief! My insurance paid for $2,000 of imported tile from Italy. When I went to pick it up they said they sent it back to Olympic flooring! Olympic flooring lied and said they Donated My Tile! I call that highly Illegal!! They also were paid to remove tile from my flooded condo which they never did! I’m out $17,000 and am getting an atty ASAP. This guy works with Chuck Macha who is also a crook. They all share in your own insurance money. It’s a setup. Chuck Macha pads and doubles your bill for insurance to get more money and sub hires incompetent people! He padded stucco work $3,000 and refunded me that money when he was exposed! He is ServoPro of El Cahon! Beware of All DryOut companies! A neighbor has stolen property in his double garage from Insurance DryOuts and has been fired three times but still has a job!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have a drawn out story, but the short version is that the Company quoted me ~$7k and 3 weeks for a job and the end result was $12k+ and 7 weeks. The management team was terrible and never communicated. The only reason the job was even complete in 7 weeks was because I pushed them to. I still have issues and they refuse to come and do a final walk-through even though the work was complete in September. I would never recommend them and just wanted the nightmare to be over.

Olympic Carpet is my first choice for all our flooring needs. They are courteous, fast and provide consistent quality. As the owner of a Castle Breckenridge I appreciate that they always have a wide selection apartment grade carpet in stock for quick turn-around. I highly recommend them.

My grandma was giving me a nice used rug of hers. Her dog sitter failed and her little dog had a few accidents on it. She brought it here. Olympic Carpet charged my grandma $75. When we picked it up a few days later, it still REEKED of urine. I let my grandma know and when she called them, they told her it needed pet stain treatment which would be another $50! Like, did you think we wanted to the keep the smell? Why wasn't that quoted? Why are you saying this AFTER I already picked up the rug?? Shady, spend your money elsewhere, imo.

Very happy with a job well done. Quick response, workers were always respectful (especially during these Covid times) professional, punctual and always cleaned up after each job. I won’t hesitate to call them for any construction job that’s needed, large or small. Thank you for all you did to get us back in the house as soon as you did after the flood damage

From Athena who helped us pick out the carpet, Mohawk Smartstrand silk, to Cisco who did the measurements and explained the installation, to Antonio and Armando who installed the carpet, everything was first class, on schedule and professional. Olympic Carpet has a great selection of flooring, great staff and services. We highly recommend them and will use them again for our flooring needs.

I really love my new carpets! First they measured the areas and then gave me a ton of choice for color, quality, and comfort. Their recommendations for quality and comfort were excellent. We’ve had the carpets for about 6 months now and they still look and feel brand new and I haven’t cleaned them. The team was friendly and knowledgeable as well as quick and efficient, I highly recommend!!
